It'll be 2091 when you're 95. You meant 105.

35. I'm not kidding. I'd rather just do everything I love and then die early happily rather than live for 30 more years, slaving away in the monotony of the workplace.

I don't want to reach the age-when I can no longer remember nor take care of my self.
I've worked with elderly people that have dementia(Alzheimer, schizophrenia, etc) and can't take care of themselves.
It's terrible. They're in their 80's-100's...

When I go, I just want to go in an instant, not knowing I'm gone.
I'd be lucky enough to get that, no pain, no suffering, just over in an instant.

Maybe hire a hitman down the road, when I'm around my 60's and entering the first stage of memory loss and such.
Make it quick and clean.

Leave with no regrets.

How about this... instead of wanting to physically die at 35, why not do everything you want for yourself by age 35, push yourself to secure your future, and then spend every year after the age of 35 making a difference in other peoples' lives.

That way, you're kind of "dead" in the sense. See, you're old life of living for yourself is dead. So you're dead. Then the next 35 years you spend it making a difference to other people, your community, (or the world if you're up for the challenge).

What about that?

I mean, believe me, it's pretty cool beyond 35. It's not all just slaving away at some dead-end job with some tool for a boss. But it's what you make of it, how your push yourself, and the seeds you sow. You wanna die?

Why not two lives instead?

Think about it.

Admittedly, I can be quite selfish. I am not cut out as a family man and I am usually a loner. Never have I wanted to start a family or live to see old age. I simply want to please myself, do all I can while I am young to enjoy myself in my prime, then weed myself out of the gene pool and be done with it.

I would rather live to just be a normal age of like, 70 or something.

Living forever would SUUUCK.

Everyone's gonna die around you, and ugh. Awful.

People die around you every second of every day... Do you mean you wouldn't want to live forever because everyone you currently know would eventually die? What if they didn't have to die? What if they had the opportunity to live forever just like you? If they couldn't how could you be so sure you wouldn't find new people to befriend and to love? People are far to anxious to be put in the ground...

I say if people are so anxious to meet loved ones in the after-life (in-which there is no guarantee there is one) why not just off themselves and get it over with? Let the rest of us enjoy life...
