I didn't quite want to say it like this as i have been enjoying what i can out of the service.

I have Verizon Quantam, one of the fastest connections available to the public.

Dispite this upgrade, Crunchyroll is having numerous issues with lag. It is not my computer, no other website does this or lags this horribly. The PS3 App does the same thing. I'll be watching an ep and it freezes, i am honestly getting sick and tired of this!

Normally in most cases, i can pause it, wait a few minutes and go back to it, however.. that feels just like waiting for commercials to finish.

Guys please - get better service AND servers, because i know for a fact it isn't my connection. If you do not do this in a reasonable amount of time, i will revoke my membership and go to another service.

I am getting 60mb down and 20-30up consistently. I don't know for certain whether or not Verizon is putting a cap on my data, as i have never had this issue before. However this does not happen with any other site.

It is a shame, i enjoy the community and the fact that some of what we pay for does go to support the show producers.

Please fix this, i know others have asked by reading other threads into the issue.

Update: I have been told this connection is shared, however, i am not entirely sure. It may not be Crunchy. Most of the time it is fine but usually toward the late nights that is when it starts getting iffy. That is probably peak times on Crunchyroll, though i am not sure.

Do you get stuttering too? I have seen the episode stop like you mentioned, but the main issue I am encountering is stuttering. I have Verizon FiOS w/ 50Mbps down and 25Mbps up.

I have tried FOUR different laptops. PS3. 360. All have stuttering. My iPhone and iPad do not. It is VERY frustrating. I contacted customer service to hopefully get a refund. :/

around the 18 minute mark of every episode i watch it freezes... which is weird imo..
