Sometimes my legs just act up weird and I run at random in random places. Is this a serious disease or something?
Do any other of you experience this at times? I ask you now!

I always feel like running, I even have the motivation to do it. BUT sometimes the internet seems to stop me and keep me inside, sad day. Although, when I was involved with sports and such. I felt like I had to run all the time. So, I think that's quite normal for an active person.

I hate running so much, but I do get the urge to swim (since I hate running that's what I do for cardio).

That solves it! I hate inactivity and silence. Always need sports and music! That's the good stuff around! ^^

Sadly, I never have the urge to run anymore. Now all I have the urge to do is sleep.

Blame the modern society or something. I tend to sit indoors and chatting on the internet or reading. Get lazy and sleepy all the time but when I go outside the door it gets better in an instant!

^ True that. I feel all lazy and non-energetic while I'm sitting inside. Once my friends hit me up though and I go and hang with them, I instantly have loads of energy. I love/hate modern society lol.

Now of days I spend most my free time indoors, but when I was working out I used to get that urge too.

I remember once while running I went so fast that I could feel the wind around me. It was incredible. I would have never thought I could feel something like that. But again, that was when I was working out almost every day.

I think it has something to do with being active. The more you move, the quicker it is for your body to get used to it.

I occasionally feel the urge to hike, stretch, and play-fight. Not running, though. The thread description and title makes me think of Forrest Gump. Not very original, but still.

I love to run. It helps keep my mind off of things
