Even though I'm 31 I never felt that old I still feel 18/19, I even look that old as well which shocked the barber when he learned l was 31.

Imo, 31 is still young. I think the early 40's are when you want to pick up life insurance and browse for your casket. So you have about 10-11 years to go!

Who, me? Look good when wearing a black shirt. The 100% full crop of grey hair contrasts well with that color. Hair was 100% grey by age 52. I credit job and life stress for that transition.

From the posts it looks like nothing has changed leaping from 1 age cohort to the next. Enjoy your stay. It doesn't get easier up here either.

V Good to see you chose resilience. You won't be bored. There will be surprises. Enjoy both the journey and the ride, netdisorder.

That's fine with me. For some odd reason I enjoy the complexities of life. If everything were easy I think it would be boring to an extent. Then again there's a lot I haven't experienced so I can't say much about my next 20 years, If I survive it! Ah, well I am working on becoming a more resilient person so that I can recover quicker from all of life's bumps, or freaking spikes in my path.

Yes. Ever since I was about 14, and it has drastically gotten worse lately. It's not that I physically feel old or anything. Instead, I seem to constantly remind myself that with every year I age, the sooner my death is. It's probably because I'm worried sick about the inevitability of losing my grandparents on my mother's side.

I feel pretty old sometimes. It gets a lot worse when I find pure white/silver strands of hair. They are extremely noticable with hair like mine. v.v

Gray hair in early years is likely caused due to heredity and nothing to do with age. Being 23 myself, I have several gray hairs in both eyebrows, and apparently some on the side of my head.

Yeah, I know. But when I already feel old it certainly doesn't help matters any.

I could care less about how old I am, this right here is the only reason I'm worried about getting older as well. My grand parents I care deeply for cause our family has always been close on my dads side. Every year we have a family get together and it sucks knowing that their may be less people next year than their was this year.

It depends on what I do to pass my time. Time seems to slow when I'm doing things I want to do and am happy. It speeds up rapidly when I'm waiting on happiness again and just going through the motions of work, sleep, work, sleep..... I forget my age sometimes

Ughh, yes. I feel way older than I am at times. I have had a lot of injuries so I hurt sometimes which makes me feel about 80. But these are the golden years!

I think the first time I thought about getting old was hearing a Matchbox Twenty song on one of those Adult Contemporary radio stations. I remembered listening to them heavily in school years, and it felt odd hearing it on an adult station.

Crunchyroll isn't helping either though. These topics about school made me realize I graduated high school almost 10 years ago, I never even thought about it like that until recently.

I've had gray hair since I was like 16 though, I have a thick head of hair, but the gray just jumps out at you when I don't keep it short. Or maybe I just notice it easier since I see it everyday.

I feel ageless. I have looked 18 for the past 14 years. Age is just a number. You are as old as you feel.

29 and I still do parkour and get carded every single time I go to a bar. I know 16 year olds that look older than I do. It's the Native American Asian blood I swear. No cramps no pains... my metabolism is as fast as it ever was. I don't see any difference.
