Do you brush your teeth before you go to bed every night?

Just wondering boys and girls. I'm sitting here with it being PRETTY late at night and I am just planning to pass out after typing this, without brushing my teeth. I usually do but tonight I'm just not feeling it.

I brush for at least 17 hours a day, and floss for the other seven.

So no I don't.

Nah. If I remember correctly, I remember seeing something on Good Morning America one time a while ago that said that brushing your teeth at night isn't really all that necessary; it just helps get rid of that filmy feeling that you get in your mouth when you wake up.

I do brush my teeth when I wake up, though.

Whoever you watched on GMA was an idiot. Unless you have OCD dental hygiene, you need to brush every 12 hours or so to keep a coating of fluoride on your teeth and floss at least once a day.

I try to. I shouldn't neglect doing so, even when I'm so sleepy.

Hmmmm not so sure about this one. Maybe you're right, but I've always heard that when your sleeping excess plaque builds up due to like increased saliva. Probably not right, I've just heard that before.

I do a split before I go to bed every night.

Manage that.

I eat a cube of cheese, my dentist recommended it and to chew it well so the teeth are coated. It builds structure around your teeth and protects them from acid attacks.

I don't see the point of brushing your teeth before bed when every time you wake up in the morning, your mouth smells like a garbage dump. I brush my teeth after I eat breakfast though.
