Pretty much the only reason I subscribed to this website was to watch Attack On Titan in HD. Now I find that it has been removed .. ? Which begs the question: Why am I still subbed? There really isn't anything else attune to my taste on this website (apart from the animes I have completed)

So yea thats it, I decided to give you guys my money so I could watch my show and then you took my show away from me.. dat logic too much

Even if it is removed(which it is not)you cannot honestly be telling me there is NOTHING for you to watch on a site with such a vast catalog.

That is besides the point though because it is not removed, are you sure you are in the right region to watch it?
It is available in the USA, Canada, the UK and Ireland.

It hasn't been removed, but it's possible you're in one of the regions that CR wasn't able to license it for. See http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-799349/watch-attack-on-titan-earlier for announcement of where it's available for CR members. If you are not in US, Canada, UK, or Ireland, that's why you don't see AoT. If you are in one of those areas then head on over to the help forum at http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumcategory-9/helpsupportfeedback (or contact support http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact) where someone can help figure out why you can't find AoT.

Also, it's not really cool with the rules to start a new thread just to air a personal gripe. If you want to provide feedback that same help/support/feedback forum is the most useful place to say something, but there are actually multiple places where frustration with limited access to CR in some regions has been brought up and discussed somewhat constructively (but I gotta get back to work so I'm not going to track them down).

Did you accidentally click the "watched button"?

It's the checkmark that is on the top left corner of the anime.

I accidentally clicked one of those without knowing and I thought all the anime I was watching got canceled.

Yeah, I know, big FAIL

If you did, click Shows -> Look under the anime tab where it says Popular, move your eyes to the right and click "Shows watched" beside "Seasons" -> Click the orange checkmarks on the anime you hid.

If this is not your issue, then well. It's still here
