Heck yes, they're GREAT!! The old Mopar Scat Pack cars or The Rapid Transit System cars are top notch. My fave is the 1970 Plymouth Superbird, in petty blue!~

Yes, old cars are great, now if I only had the extra $$$$ to maintain them.

Old cars are where people that love cars learn to build an engine that can beat people in a straight line or on the track. The backyard mechanic is a dying breed when most people just go to the dealership. pick up an old Chevy from the 60s and tinker around with it, so with newer cars all you have to do is learn some more updated testing steps and you are good to go. Heck you could even fix it yourself if it is nothing serious and even save big bucks when taking a new car somewhere.

The best thing about old cars is their simplicity and ease to repair. My first car was a 71 GMC 4X4 Suburban. Man, that thing was bare bones! But, It did have the V8 engine w/ automatic trans as well as the power steering and disc brake options. A heater core change took 30 mins. The same task on my Moms 99 Blazer took me almost 10 hours! The other awesome thing about old stuff is no emissions junk!

I own a Chevrolet El Camino. It's nice though. Nice color, rims, tires, and it runs perfectly fine.

Old cars rule. I have owned a few of them in my time. A 1962 Mercury, 1973 Firebird, 1965 Chevy short bed, and a 1968 GMC that I have right now. Don't think that an old car can't run because it's old. I have 400HP under the hood just waiting to be turned loose. She has been up to around 120MPH. It's not about how fast she can go but how fast I can get to that speed.

A vid of the truck enjoy.

Old cars or Classic cars? Huge difference. 64-73 would be an example of a classic cars. Sure, a 1932 Cadillac 370B is a classic too. But, it s different. If you understand this, then maybe you are as disappointed as I am with seeing a car from the 80s in here. Those would be considered old cars.

I like muscle cars from the 60's and 70's like Mustangs, Dodge Challengers, Camaros, Plymouth 'Cudas, etc.
