Given all the furor yesterday(and the week before) over the unavoidable delays to Attack on Titan and given that I don't see any sign of things improving on the Japanese end, I would like to suggest a look at getting out the word faster and in more places if a delay to popular streams occurs. Like mentioning it on the Twitter feed using the hashtag #AttackOnTitan or even #AttackOnTitanDelay.(if AoT experiences a delay next week)

There are many people that don't know to check the show page itself for notification of a delay. I'd also suggest looking into doing a post in the Site News about that episode being delayed so the hardcore Attack on Titan fans(for example) would know that Crunchyroll is on top on it, and working to address whatever issue there is(even if it is an issue beyond their control). This would help show that Crunchyroll cares about the problem.

I will close by noting that I am Premium Member who is very happy with Crunchyroll's Customer Service and I use Crunchyroll to support the anime industry.

Thanks much!

I'll talk with Dev and Launch and see what we can come up with.

I think this should count for weeks when the shows are off in Japan too. For example this week, Nyaruko-san W, Arata and Hayate Cuties are all off in Japan. The episode pages correctly show that they are not on this week but there is no explanation so the inevitable questions have started, "Why isn't my show on this week?" If the show page said, "NOTE: THIS WEEK IS AN OFF WEEK IN JAPAN SO IT IS ALSO AN OFF WEEK FOR US HERE ON CRUNCHYROLL, DARN!" then we wouldn't be answering questions...
