here are my honest thoughts: weird and hilarious, not to mention creepy.

I really can't help but laugh at screen shot clips of others trolling these people

I knew people who would get on something called "IMVU" where you have 3D avatars and stuff; plus you can chat with people.

There's actually a social ladder on that thing.
It's basically the reverse of the social ladder that is presented in the media today.

Ladder on IMVU:
Highest class - Scene, "emo", gothic kids, or whatever names they will label themselves as
Lowest class - The people who look normal
It's basically a rejected population of people who never fit in. (I know it sounds mean, but going and seeing it for yourself = lol)

The guys and girls on there get turned on by the 3D avatars that they buy clothes for and stuff.
It's the funniest thing ever. A "hot" avatar will come in and people will start hitting on each other and cybering.

It's so pitiful that it's hilarious.

v Oh yeah I remember seeing that commercial LOL

When I was the age of the OP I was still on AOL dial up at the time and went to all of the various chats that AOL had. One day I randomly joked around about "walking into a room naked" when I came into the channel not realizing the repercussions of such a statement. I was immediately PM'd by someone whom asked me to do various obscene acts and to "talk like a cowboy".

Needless to say, lesson learned.

Basically, some guy back in 2002 would troll cybersex IRC chat rooms and posted the text files up for people to view. Some of them are simply hilarious.

I see little to no appeal in it, but people can do whatever they want. There are always consequences to actions.

You are on the wrong website I fear, this type of thing isn't allowed on CR and if we catch it we will penalize those involved. To save people from possibly doing things that might put them in a bannable state I am just going to lock and close this thread.

Long story short, cybering is bad and I would not recommend anyone get involved in it. it is also not allowed on CR Forums or any other part of the site.
