DAISUKI is now open for service. They are streaming anime internationally created by companies like TMS, Aniplex, Sunrise, NAS. They are currently adding shows to the site but at the moment they have little to launch with (but they are some good shows.

Heres the list they currently have:

Lupin III: Part II
Mobile Suit Z Gundam
Mobile Suit Gundam Seed
The Prince of Tennis: The National Tournament
Puella Magi Madoka Magica
Sword Art Online

Also they have a launch prize giveaway. Apply to get a chance some good stuff...

How do you think of their service...

I tried an episode of SAO and it is the same Aniplex subtitle that AOA use. I'm trying to register for the site but I never got a comfirmation email yet... I don't like the yellow color scheme though. The site seems overall good. I hope they get some exclusive shows on that were never on legal streaming sites yet, like Cowboy Bebob or Daily Lives of Highschool Boys. You can vote for shows that you want on the site too because there is a poll. Vote for Cowboy Bebob. Seriously. It needs a proper legal streaming service and I guess Daisuki is the best chance... Also, I'm just glad that they aren't competing against Crunchyroll and Funimation. No need to worry that they will take away anime on the site...

I did not get the conformation email either but here's a tweet.
To all those waiting for the confirmation mail, please give us a moment! We have received all your registrations properly :)
So far so good though, I'll certainly be keeping an eye on daisuki.

I have my account, and I'm currently checking it out. Not what I was expecting. I was thinking that they would opted a subscription like Crunchyroll, however just by reading their FAQ; you have to pay for the videos you want to watch it unless they're marked a free by the looks of it if I'm reading it right.

Update
Looking at their Regarding copyrights page, they're going to have One Piece, Fate/Zero, Vanguard, and Naruto Shippuden soon.

All in all, I'm going to keep my eye on Daisuki as the months roll on.

The way they list their available anime by episode and not by show is really annoying.

If they get Gundam Wing and Code Geass, I think it'll be a shame if Crunchyroll doesn't get them back, but I'll be glad that I can watch them somewhere relatively guilt free.

I'll keep an eye on it, I wouldn't wanna pay for it just yet, though.

I really don't like the way the site looks, it's quite the cluster. Haven't seen any shows on their site, but I've been told it's pretty low quality at the moment. Waiting for a registration e-mail to check out any anime on their, I doubt Daisuki will be anything above average for a few years, maybe less. New sites like this tend to take time to find their legs, I hope the best for it, though. Anything to stop piracy that doesn't involve tossing people in jail is A-okay in my book, especially when it makes it even easier to support the industry from outside of Japan.

I agree with you that it is annoying, and I hope they change that.

You can try voting on the survey for Code Geass if you haven't already.

I haven't gotten my confirmation email yet either. I'm looking into the site as a potential supplement to Crunchy.
I don't honestly know what to make of it yet. The video selection is okay considering the site just launched. However, I'm a bit taken back by the payment system and what seems to be an archaic website layout. I'll be keeping an eye on it and hopefully it improves a lot in the upcoming weeks/months.

Never heard of them... I will sign up there and watch shows that I cannot watch here, over there. I hope they pick up on some good anime. Thanks TS, this news is very interesting.

I'll keep an eye on this but I did hear about this awhile ago:
http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-02-26/nikkei/adk-toei-aniplex-sunrise-tms-nas-dentsu-to-stream-anime-overseas

Regarding their service, I'll keep an eye on it depending on what sort of titles they'll have and how they will function.

Btw, do they have a forums section for discussions like on the new content, feedback, customer service, etc??

From what I can see, there's no forum section.

I'm skeptical of something that isn't a subscription service. Even if I ultimately end up paying less for something I hate being nickle and dimed for every video I watch.

Just checked it out, and registered. It seems like a nice concept, but it definitely needs a lot more work done, imo. Also, the number of titles are really limited, atm. Even if they do start offering a paid subscription service, I'm still going to stick with crunchyroll and avoid having multiple subscriptions.

My confirmation e-mail came through with no problem, although it did go to the junk mail folder at Outlook.com. I apparently registered about two hours after you did.

A request after you receive your registration: Can you copy and paste or screen grab the list on anime on the voting page? Apparently you can't access it again after you've voted and it would be nice to have a record of it, since AFAIK, some of those titles have never been legally streamed. (i.e. After War Gundam X, Armored Trooper VOTOMS, Banner of Stars, Crest of Stars). I am hoping they actually have access to all those, and are simply trying to determine which to give priority to getting posted first.

I received a pre-roll ad on one video (of two completed and a third started), but that was it.

I keep receiving this error page every time I try viewing Madoka.

I do live in the UK so this might be a region restriction. But you'd think they'd do a better job of telling you that it's blocked because of region restrictions.
