I've entered my details into this to get the 2 week free trail, yet it said it didn't work. Then I went back and entered them for it to say I already gave details entered. It won't let me delete my subscription, can some who works here please tell me if it had my details, and if you could please cancel my subscription. Please this is urgent !

Unless things have changed, you can't. Even if you buy a 360-day subscription (which you pay for in advance), they won't let you take your card off for the entire 360 days. Disturbing enough on principle, but extremely disturbing considering how many reports you can see of compromised accounts (that is, if you're fast enough to notice them before the thread is deleted) with large bills from the CR Store. But don't worry, they're absolutely sure it's always the user's fault.

The only way out that I know of is to wait until your subscription lapses, and don't renew.

Despite downgrading from a Premium member to a normal member, I still can't remove my credit card, and after sending over three messages to customer service, I'm not getting any response back whatsoever. When I try to remove my credit card, it says it's being used to pay for my non-existent Premium membership.

On another note, I've already paid for gift subscriptions for myself, but I'm not going to use them until my credit card information has finally been deleted... which no one has been able to do so far, unfortunately.

I've sent your case to the payments department. The most recent membership was bugged, which causes the card to be stuck.
Either way, the card still added is flagged as invalid in the system.

Thanks a lot, shinryou! Yeah, I updated the details of the card to be invalid as a last resort, since I couldn't get it removed. All the same, I'd prefer it off the account. Thanks again for escalating my case to the payments department. I hope to hear back from them. Have a good one.

I bought a $19.95 membership with a prepaid credit card that I got from Walmart that had $21 left on it so do I wait for it to expire or cancel renew plan a couple days before my sub expires (end of June) cause there is only going to be like $2 left on the card and it won't have enough on it to renew. So would it just cancel automatically since its a pre paid?

It would be safest to go to https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/membership (if I remember correctly) and disable auto-renewal. Go back a day or two later, make sure it's still disabled, and keep a screen shot just to be on the safe side.
