I agree with so many of the words already in this post. In terms of where I live I hate it when people say 'like' in damn near every sentence. I also despise when they use their tenses incorrectly e.g. you was, they was, I were. Somewhere down the line people stopped caring in that respect.

Buddy. Here in Newfoundland, 'buddy' is usually used as a stand-in for a name when you don't know someone's real name. The problem is that most people who choose to use it are people who don't want to bother knowing someone's actual name. Especially bad is when people use 'buddy' even after they learn a person's name. The result is that I chafe at being called 'buddy', because regardless of the actual motivations of the person using it, it feels condescending.

Gotcha, Yolo, chillax, swag, dat and innit. These are only some of the one I hate, as my list could go on forever!

Gotcha, dat and innit are kinda like dialect where I'm from so I can't help but use them

lol i teach and i hate the word 'sick' to mean cool. I have it trained out of my pupils by mid year. I seriously hate it! Sick should only be used when people are ill!

The two words together, "Dead ass", and "mad".

For example, "I'm being so dead ass right now, you can't handle this."
and
For example, "Wow, that is mad funny, bro."

Any slang and generally annoying words and phrases. I could probably name about 50 of them:
YOLO
SWAG
Ratchet
Ass (as in corny)
Sick (as in cool)
Chillax (and all variations of it)
Mad (as in mad cool)
Bro (when you don't care about the person you're talking to)
"Legalize Weed"
Nutted (as in cummed)
All overused Memes
H.A.M. (I won't bother explaining this one)

I should stop now...
