I wanted to weigh in on this discussion. There seems to be some confusion as to what a hookah pen is. Hookah pens DO NOT contain tobacco, nor tar, nor carcinogens. They contain Propylene Glycol and Glycerine, two ingredients commonly found in everyday foods. For extended reading, I just wrote an article about the safety of hookah pens here: http://hookahpencentral.com/are-hookah-pens-safe/

As the owner of Hookah Pen Central, I get this question a lot. I wanted to clear up any confusion!

I absolutely love mine and it saves me a ton of money. People used to say I was going to die any day now because I smoked 4 packs of Camel Crush, 3 Java's, and 2 Dejarum a day! That roughly comes out to about 600 a month!

I spent $89.99 on a Smok Mini and $15.00 on a KangerTech Pro to begin with.
Now I spend $10.00 on Evod Heads at 2.5Ohm and $20.00 every 2 weeks.
I started smoking at 32mg and now I'm down to 6mg in little than a half year.

I actually didn't want to switch but I coughed so hard at night that I woke up everyone in the middle of the night. I went through a lot of e-batteries and heads to find a combination that didn't burn out on me during the same day.

I began using ecigs about 3 or 4 years ago. They were the Blu kind but the battery was horrible and the atomizer liked to clog despite my frequent cleaning. The hits were a bit weak, although I liked the design.

I switched to a portable hookah pen this year. The kind that has a clear container near the tip. You just refill it when it gets too dry, and you replace the wick every 2 months. I prefer these new kinds.
