Whats up everyone,

Wish this could be a good news post, but sadly with every set of ups, we have to have our downs.
And in this case, the downer is that we need to send three of our amazing J-dramas back into our vaults:

Sadly, you will only have till 5/31 at 11:59 pm PDT to bask in the glory of these J-dramas, then we've got to put them away. So if you haven't seen these series yet, then now's the time to marathon them all.

Secret Agent Erika

Erika Takahashi is a former secret agent for Japan's Cabinet Information Investigation Department. Even though she is retired and happily married, no secrets ever stay secret for long.

Taburakashi

Maki comes to Tokyo with dreams of becoming an actress. However, due to a 6 million yen debt, Maki begins working as a stand-in actress playing menial roles. Will she ever find success?

Deka Kurokawa Suzuki

Kurokawa Suzuki is hailed as a detective with top-notch reasoning skills. Suzuki and two of his coworkers must solve a series of brutal cases that start emerging in their town…

Enjoy them now while you can

Taburakashi wasn't too bad, I'm not one for JDrama's much but it was enjoyable.

I love Taburakashi and Kurokawa Suzuki. Both were entertaining. Thanks for posting them. I wish you could have picked up more shows from that series.

I've been meaning to watch Secret Agent Erika for a while now. Guess it's time to pick it up. I'll marathon it over the weekend.
Though I don't watch a lot of drama, it's still sad that three series have to go.

You prefer k-dramas and you're an anime only member; your preference doesn't really matter as much as those who actually pay for All-Access or drama only memberships. Like myself. I bet you wouldn't be so languid if this were an anime you liked being removed, hm?

Deka Kurokawa Suzuki and Taburakashi have been on my hit list for a long time now, guess it's finally time to watch them. Sad to see them go, but thanks for the heads-up guys, now I know to marathon them. Guess it's a good thing I even bothered to visit the site today

Why wouldn´t it matter as much? Stating her opinion, might make CR to work harder to realize it. Which might again potentially make her or other people go over to the All Access membership. I would say improving the drama area, to potentially increase the membership base is far better as it benefits everyone.
Personally, there isn´t alot to tempt me over to get my drama access on CR back again.

I had an All-access membership since it came out, untill last month that is. Forgot to change my expired CC, and didn´t feel like renewing it. Mostly because I lost my discount, although I will probably get it back if they do the usual 1 year membership sale on it.

Either way. I wouldn´t have minded even if I still had the membership. The reason why is that I have pretty much given up on CR for drama, as they have been rather disappointing with dramas. Few shows available outside of NA, and few simulcasts.
I still retain some hope it will improve, although there haven´t been alot of changes since it came out. I suppose I just have to wait and see.

I understand what you're saying, and I was not trying to make myself seem superior because of the membership I have; however, the issue I had with what she said was that she was basically saying, "I don't like J-dramas that much so I don't care what happens," which bothers me because maybe she doesn't care, but we who like drama and/or pay for drama memberships do.
It's her attitude I took an issue with. If I went to a page taking about an anime being taken down (from this site), and I said, "I don't like this anime, so whatever," what do you think people would say to me?
Or even worse, on the announcement page for new anime, I say, "oh, the anime isn't available in x country? I don't care, I don't live there. It's available in my country."

And if anything, CR should work harder to realize what we paying drama members want (I'd like more Taiwanese dramas) I've already brought the issue up before in the PM forums, but there's not much I can do
At this point I should either go to anime only membership, or shut up

And I absolutely agree that the drama situation is horrid.

I was a premium member until two weeks ago, for the simple fact that I have other bills to worry about besides being a crazy drama otaku, and at he moment the only thing that is worth watching is anime. So before you start blowing up on other people for their preferences, maybe you should consider other people's situations. And obviously I said that I prefer, I wasn't saying that YOU or anyone else should prefer it. Isn't the reason for having a forum is to give a personal opinion. I don't have my mommy or daddy paying for my luxuries.

Sorry but I don't have some weird crazy attachment to anime or drama. I wont die if i cant watch an episode of any series. maybe you should go outside more often and enjoy the sunlight or get a job. And also if I didn't have some type of attitude, I would be an emotionless robot. Sorry for having an opinion. Also I don't see the charm of j-drama. Everyone does not have to like what YOU like. If they take it off then tough titty. Maybe save some of that money you are spending on a premium membership to buy the series so that you wouldn't have to worry about CR getting rid of it. I'm pretty sure that CR is doing its best to accommodate for all of its customers, paying or not. It is what it is, so stop making such a big deal out of a comment some random person said on a forum. My words did not affect you in any kind of way. So back off while I'm still being nice.

I enjoyed Erika. It's a nice little show. The kid in it is cute and it has some decent fight scenes.
