Have any of you ever been affiliated with 'Middle School Disease'/ '2nd Year Syndrome'/ '8th Grade Sickness', or have it now? If you are willing to admit to it, how is it, or was it, like? Just curious.

Ugh. I suffer from a disease everytime I go to school. =_= It's called the 'try to avoid everyone there' disease XD

but seriously middleschool. I hate it. But yea I tend to freak out and get anxiety when I move up a grade. Does that count at all?

I didn't like middle school. Highschool was a lot better, and college is awesome

http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-news/2012/10/03/video-chunibyo-demo-koi-ga-shitai-opening-and-ending-single-promos

:P

ive encountered weird people during my time in junior high to high school but never something that extreme. they would have probably been bullied immensely or stuffed into locker or something.

"A Japanese slang term which roughly translates to "Middle School 2nd Year Syndrome". People with chuunibyou either act like a know-it-all adult and look down on real ones, or believe they have special powers unlike others."

Lmao. TONS of stuck-up people on CR forums have this.

Agreed. Unfortunately you find that on almost any forum you visit.

So I don't get off topic...I knew few guys in high school that were huge military geeks and would run around during lunch having battles with invisible enemies.

I was just a grieving grouch during middle school and early high school, so I can't say that I had chuunibyou.

Erg. I can somewhat understand what you're meaning. Senioritis hit me at the beginning of the school year which is rather common, almost done with high school! Those of you who have never heard of Senioritis, lookie hurrr.
