I was born in 1996, does that make me a 90s kid?
Oh, I love Card Captor Sakura! I remember watching it back at 2000. One of my first animes! I learned the term "anime" after watching this. I was mesmerizsd by the beautiful artwork and soon became obsessed with it! Then I learned that DBZ and Pokemon were also animes.
I'll never forget Card Captor Sakura because it was part of my childhood!

My life in the 90's consist of playing the super NES, listening to blink 182, and watching DBZ. Those were the days

I'm a 90s kid but I despise my generation!!! 90s kids are so full of themselves thinking they were the last generation that were capable of having a great childhood and they always try to make it known over facebook and twiiter. They all need to get over themselves.

Frankly, the 80s were way cooler and the 70s are just unbeatable.

born in '94. there was nothing special about it, sure a lot of cool stuff came out, but I was too fucking young to even realize what a "90's" was. There's no point in worshiping an era, every era was mediocre, because it had cool things, and terrible things. The term "90's kid" is something used by little kids born in like '98 who think it's cool to be referred to as one.

If there is anything I miss it was the lack of Internet, or rather, the heavy use of it. That helped give the world sort of a magical feeling. Plus the same when it came to games, as there could be secrets in the game you had missed! Nowadays this isn't the case and things like "fake cheat codes" are a thing of the past.

Of course I miss my childhood, I mean, it was a wonderful time and being a little kid again without having to worry about anything than having fun would be lovely. But as for the 90s? I have no clue.

The 90's was a really great time for alternative and thought-provoking music. Some of my favorite songs are from the 90's (much thanks to Vevo for helping me to remember a lot of songs I'd forgotten ).

Smells Like Teen Spirit (Nirvana)
All For You (Sister Hazel)
Black Hole Sun (Sound Garden)
The World I Know (Collective Soul)
Good Riddance, Time of Your Life (Green Day)
Adia (Sarah McLachlan)
Say it Ain't So (Weezer)
Otherside (Red Hot Chili Peppers
Creep (Radiohead)
Fly Away (Lenny Kravitz)
Barely Breathing (Duncan Sheik)
My Own Worst Enemy (Lit)
Learn to Fly (Foo Fighters)
Bittersweet Symphony (The Verve)
Slide (Goo Goo Dolls)
Run Around (Blues Traveller)

Other things that were awesome about the 90's was the Disney Renaissance (Lion King, all the TV shows like Duck Tales etc.), Super NES (fantastic JRPGs), N64 (Ocarina of Time, Mystical Ninja), PS1 (also fantastic JRPGs like Lunar and Grandia), Ninja Turtles, Saturday Morning cartoons, Nickelodeon had great shows (like Pete & Pete, etc.) and some of my favorite Jackie Chan films came out in the 90's (Police Story 4 and Thunderbolt).

Teen culture in the 90's was kind of grungy, cinema was pretty classy (Jurassic Park was awesome when it came out, Terminator 2, The Matrix, Groundhog Day, Toy Story, all the Disney movies), and the Internet was just starting to get popular, can't forget the sound of a modem loading up.

The 90's were pretty good, not as awesome or loud as the 80's, but a very cool time. I was born in the 80's, but most of my memories are from growing up in the 90's.

Everyone is going to claim how great their era was. My mother always yells how wonderful the 80s were and I always yell how great the 90s were. I was born in 1993. That's when music, particularly Hip Hop and R&B and cartoons were good in my opinion. I remember my first PlayStation, Nintendo 64, Windows 98, old Disney, Cartoon Network, and Nickelodeon shows and the first airing of Toonami. I enjoyed those years. Actually, I enjoyed my childhood, period. Now I'm 20 and feel like shit.

And just to put it out there, in order to claim you love the 90s, you would actually have to not only remember it, but have lived through that era. If you were born anywhere pass the year 96', you are not a 90s kid, more like a early 2000s kid. Just saying.

Born in '94.

I miss those days. When I was so excited to watch cartoons on Saturday mornings. I didn't care what I watched at the time, I just watched whatever I found interesting. I do remember many of them, but not all. I did sit too close to the T.V, and I remember my mom always pulling me back. I really should have stayed where she put me, but the T.V was so bright and cool.

I don't remember listening to 90's music, though. Then again, I just listened to it. I never thought about who it was by or the title of it. I just listened. I try to do that on the radio now, but most of the songs are annoying.

I didn't enjoy many of the things that "90's kids" had, since my parents had recently moved to America and where they were from, they didn't know what was popular or not. They spoke English, but they were so behind on the times. Also, until 1999, we only had a few channels.

Today, the majority of music I listen to is from the 50's to around 2006. I like the music from those times, especially the ones from the 80's and 90's. I wonder how it was like in the 80's...
