When it comes with outsourcing, a union dub costs at most $10k per episode whilst a non union dub has varying prices but averages at 8-9k per episode. From what I've heard, Ocean Studios is a union dubbing company (meaning $10k (or because it's in Canada $10k CAD) per episode), but the USD/CAD exchange rate makes it hard to determine the exact cost of outsourcing to Ocean.

you know, google has a built in currency exchange rate tool.... just google "currency exchange rate" and it brings it right up... for example, $1USD is equal to $1.03CAD.

I'm sure you can do the rest on your own.
