5'6" and i weigh right at 195 and yes i plan on changing that i have been actively losing weight for years now i use to be WAY worse i'd like to be close to 150 some day though

5'2 and about 120 lb. Sadly that's top-heaviness and not muscle. _ _ Damn my chest, it's just a pain. --
I plan on gaining some muscle weight and hopefully looking proportionate. :<

5'1" and 115Ibs.

Normally weigh about 105Ibs but I actually want to gain some weight, not fat, mostly toning. I just realized that I like the added weight in my hips and ass lol

i'm happy anywhere between 97-107lbs.
I'd rather be 5'4 - 5'6 tho.

im 5'4 and im at 218 right now.

I use to wait 220, 4 years ago, and lost 50 pounds, and became half the size I use to be.
Now , I'm back at 218 but I'm no where near as fat as I use to be. but I'm back on a diet during the week at least.
I consume over 7 or 8,000 calories every weekend because of booze and fast food. lol

5'6" and 214

My issue is i gain weight every where so its not like some where i can focus on legs or stomach to get rid of some fast. That and when i do work out i tend to gain MORE weight at least at first. Diet is the only thing that seams to work. Like to get back to 150 to 160 so im doing 30 min of aerobics every day right now. Sadly that is converting fat to muscle so ive gone up from 208 to 217 this month, and now back down to 214.

im 6ft and 190
id like to hit 185 but i dont think i can get that lean. 187 is the best i can do and that didnt last long, only about 1 cheeseburger.

i already eat very well, fish n veggies all summer long with pork, veggies and rice all winter and of course theres the cheeseburger every now and then as well as a few brats here and there.
oh, and beer. beer is bad for my belly

I gained weight...

I am still about 5'9" or 10"

But I am 142 now. It is the first time I've been this heavy. Gotta go back down to 138 or 139 lol...I always freak out when I go anywhere above 140
