I'll just say that I weight quite a lot for my height. However, I'm exercising a lot more than I did before.

5'8" 185 (mainly muscle and swollen abdomen from inflamed organ polyp issues) was 200, battling with hypothyroidism and depression makes losing weight difficult. Not to mention my polyps been helping the weight loss I do not recommend getting them though lol see your doctors and check for bad things early prevention can help.

7'4" and I'm 600 pounds, nah I kid I kid.

I'm really about 5'11" and I think I'm 160 pounds now? I don't know how I've gained so much weight (went from like 140 to this ever since college started). Maybe the stress has led me to eat more than I used to perhaps? Nah either way I'm happy with my height/weight. I recently discovered I have like a 2 pack. That made me feel a little happy.

I weigh 140lb and I'm 5'5"
I've lost a lot a weight already (used to be 180) and though I am happy with where I am, my ideal weight is 125-130.

I'm about 5'9" and 136 pounds. I do get routine physical exercise but I don't do it with a plan on getting ripped or anything. I like my weight and I just want to get more fit, not really aiming to get bigger since I like my dimensions.

I don't want to go over 140 pounds unless it's not avoidable.

People that say this really annoy me... Because they obviously don't know how much effort, dedication, and eating needs to go into getting "Big"... and I'm not talking gaining fat, just lean mass.

The shit just doesn't suddenly happen cause you worked out or played a sport for 2 weeks....




That said, 5'9 - 174 - sub 8.5%... Would like to get up around 185 - 190 and see how it looks.

Annoy? Well, personal preference, dude. Some people bulk up faster than others and some people can't gain weight to save their lives. If you want to get bigger and you lift all the time, more power to you. I'm not saying getting bigger is a bad thing, it's just not what I'm aiming for despite getting physical activity?
