5'10 158lbs. I want to stay this way but add more muscle less fat.

Dunno if I've posted here before. Too lazy to check, so here I go.

About 150 and 5'8". The height's never changing, doctors said I would be lucky to hit that tall. And my metabolism makes it really hard to gain weight. I don't even work out. I do pace three miles a day (five to six if I see my girlfriend because I walk), but I eat a ton and actually lose weight.

When I was fourteen I had a six pack and weighed about 140 and by sixteen I was starting to lose my shape and was weighing upwards of 190 and 200 lbs. Now I'm 19 and I'm struggling to gain even a pound. I've had tons of girls tell me they wish they had my metabolism. I can eat fucking buffets and everything unhealthy in the book and it seems I barely gain a pound if that.

My gf tells me I need to eat more. She doesn't realize I eat plenty already. I can stuff my stomach and I don't gain jack shit.

If anything I'd love to gain weight but as long as my metabolism is being so nonsensical I'd be lucky to gain five pounds. I'm actually kind of anorexic, based on my heritage and genetics. I should be more like 170, and that's the MINIMUM.

Height: 5'11" - 6'0" (haven't measured my height in quite a long time...)
Weight: floating around 180-185lbs

I have a little chub around my belly, but its not something that's really noticeable at a glance. lol Very hard to work that chub away...

I am 6 feet tall and am 275-280 pounds. I'd say I'm about 30-45 pounds overweight. I would like to do something about it, but in all honesty, it will not happen. I'm a very broad person, and I don't mind being a little chubby. But I do need to eat better for overall better health.

6 feet tall, 170-175 lbs. Lost about 20 lbs this fall just switching to diet/low calorie pop and eating a few more veggies instead of junk snacks.

I'm 6 feet tall and weigh about 160 -180lbs. Although it sounds nice, I don't think I need to lose any weight. Sometimes I feel I'm underweight especially after I recover from being sick. When I'm sick with a cold, flu, allergies and etc. I end up losing a couple pounds for some reason.

I'm 250 lbs, and only 175 cm says on driver license sadpanda

I really want to lose that belly fat and excess weight but I lack the motivation and make excuses. I'm on a protein diet and I always have the fear of doing cardio worrying I will lose muscle mass(because it happens) I'm a loser... just to share too much information I have problems in bed doesn't matter how hot is the chick is, or how many chicks I score(it's always so awkward in bed)

160ish weight

Want to hit around 180. Being my metabolism is rather high, it's hard to gain weight rapidly while doing intense workouts.

I'm 6'0 about 165lbs
my target is to get back to 185lbs during my baseball days. because of my sleeping patterns and eating habits i developed of the years it made me lose a tone of weight. i dropped down to about 159, but since i went back to the gym and changed my diet a month ago i've been slowly packing on muscle and looking better than i did back in high school (mainly due to my diet).

for people who want to gain muscle the best way to do it is doing 5 reps of 5 pyramid sets (pyramid set is every set you slightly go up in weight). also which is the most important changing your diet add more protein and carbs into your diet, also raise your calorie intake to about 2,000-3,000 calories a day. if you stick with it then You will see great results within 3 months
