People that say this really annoy me... Because they obviously don't know how much effort, dedication, and eating needs to go into getting "Big"... and I'm not talking gaining fat, just lean mass.

Annoy? Well, personal preference, dude. Some people bulk up faster than others and some people can't gain weight to save their lives. If you want to get bigger and you lift all the time, more power to you. I'm not saying getting bigger is a bad thing, it's just not what I'm aiming for despite getting physical activity?



Hey, keep your body or change it to however the hell you want, I could care less. But when you come with a statement like "Yeah I wanna get more fit but Im scared of getting ripped and big" I'm gonna call ya out cause the shit doesnt just magically happen over night.

Like I said, You just don't know.

6'4" male, 180 pounds, average-ish athletic build with a fair amount of muscle but no fat. I don't plan to change that except by growing (since I'm not quite finished with that height-wise) or gaining a bit more muscle.

6'1" and 156lbs, 5.2% body fat.
Wouldn't mind adding one or two extra inches to my height as for weight i'm fairly content with it
I'd love to keep it this way so long as my metabolism keeps up with me throughout the years and if i don't lazy out on activities/exercises at some point.
Cuz you never know people and their habits tend to change :<

105 lbs

i'm naturally muscular, so i feel that i should put on a bit of weight. like five more pounds. granted, i'm on a stimulant for my severe adhd so that's probably why i weigh 105 when i eat like a pig.
