6'5 and 265 pounds. Work out enough to not really care.

My brothers 6'8 and 240 pounds and he's just starting to fill out. Glad I filled out quick.

I am 5'10'', 157 pounds. It's been the same since school, but I did play a lot of random sports when I was younger. I always planned on gaining about 10 but no matter what I did it stayed the same. I used to think it was in my genes, but I realized I eat healthier than most of my family (fatty foods make my stomach very angry), so I just gave up. In the last 10 years I have only lost or gained about 3 pounds for a few days at a time.

LOL. That should be the only thing that matters!

115, 5'7". I want to be heavier, but it sucks after going through anorexia, and being a low weight girl.

sorry to know that. Negligence comes in different shapes and forms.

So, what other sports are you into now, even if you are now in a different physical condition?

dont really do anything but try stay in some type of shape...do resistance training with bands to keep from getting softer from the lack of physical activity,,,guess best way to describe one of my exercises.i lay on the floor in front of my wheelchair and bench press it or curl it..by the foot rests...about like laying next to the chair you are sitting in and pick it up above your head by just 2 of the 4 legs.,try to keep it balanced and set it back down..my wheelchair weighs 24 maybe 25 lbs...but by the rests...feels like 110lbs..lol

5'4" and 170 lbs. Fortunately, I look like I weigh 20-30 lbs less, but that has to do with my build and genetics. Rather than my diet, inactivity is my enemy. I'm not particularly unfit and I've always been pretty flexible, but my fairly slow metabolism allows me to put on pounds relatively easily if I don't remain active. I've been 170 lbs for a few years now, so I've apparently reached some sort of equilibrium. I'm interested in losing body fat and replacing it with muscle. I want to be fit and fairly muscular, instead of being slim. That's more easily attainable for me, given my body type and habits. I'll just start exercising via crutches, stretching routines, push-ups, planking, walking, and yard/house work.
