hi

starting a week or so ago, i seem to be stuck at 480p picture quailty on all anime regardless if i select 720p / 1080p. I have been a premium member for a few years now and not encountered this problem before, so am not sure if the problem is my side or not, or if anyone else is experiencing the same thing, any way to fix??

Go to your crunchyroll panel setting and go to "Video Preferences" on the left. Set the default resolution to "720p" or desired setting.

If that does not work, try another web browser see if the problem is persistent. Maybe your browser of choice is a bit buggy, or you installed something recently that caused it to act that way. Try back tracking your recent activites.

I usually switch in and out of different operating systems and watching platforms, so I don't get that of a problem with something like this. Though, you probably have a set preference to that you want to stick to. Hopefully, what I said helps, even if a bit, or at least give more of a clue to state something more detailed.

If you are saying that the tab changes to indicate you are in 720p or 1080p but the video quality itself doesn't reflect that, you may be encountering the same problem reported in another thread (which I cannot find at the moment).

That problem only occurred in full screen, and if I recall correctly, didn't happen when they used IE. One workaround reported was to go full screen before the video began to play. If you have more than one browser installed on your system, try all to see if they are equally affected.
