PLEASE FOLLOW THE FORMAT BEFORE POSTING!!

Hello users!

This thread is focused on the sharing and rating of music! Feel free to post links (No external downloads) that you find enjoyable, questionable, reasonable, or simply amazing here! You should post a genre, style (i.e. country origination.), picture (That you feel describes the song or emotion given), artist, and a general description based off of what you think or feel about the song, and/or what it means to you!

For the other half, you will rate another persons music here as well. The scale can go from 0 (Not you style at all and you could never see yourself getting into it.) to 100 (Love it, need more like), as well as a general description of what you think, and picture following the above!

This is the first official thread, more similar for particular genres to come! (I typed this all with my PS3 controller).

Spread the news!

~Cloud

Artist: Pendulum

Song: WaterColour

Album: Immersion (Lead Album Song: Watercolour [4th In UK's Chart])

Genre: Drum & Bass

Style: Newfound, Rock Replic

Description: From a series of smooth beats and lyrics that inspire, this song will make you feel a sense of euphoria, great for easy listening and a thinking experience. I normally use the song to do my homework, or kick major ass in CoD. Those kind of things inspire me, as well as my story writing. This group is amazing, and I love what they do. I have a feeling that at least one of their songs can relate to anyone and anything, since there are so many following all genre's you can believe. Pendulum however has since split up, but a new album has been announced, and will rock the community of Drum & Bass, since they are the most wide known artists for the genre.

Please attempt to add a description, artist, and picture It would help people see a little bit more into the song before they listen. It'll also help keep up a good thickness to the posts, just as my post above. It doesn't have to be exactly like that, but you should try and match it as much as possible.

Rating: 87 out of 100

Description/Reason: I've heard a few of their songs on the radio a long while back, and loved them all just the same. Still, although I enjoy this song, I can see myself skipping it every time it comes on, because I don't really feel "In The Mood.". It's a great song, and it does make me think about the hardships abusive relationships end in. It makes me feel a little depressed.

Artist:The Decemberists

Song : Don't Carry it All

Album : The King is Dead

Genre : Indie Rock/Indie Folk

Description : The Decemberists are a fairly new-ish band led by Colin Meloy. Based in Portland, the cover areas from folk to rock! Don't Carry it All is a particular favourite of mine, it's so uplifting and just, happy sounding. I know you'll love it!

Rate: 90 out of 100

Description/Reason: I've actually never heard this song, but it feels like I have. To be honest, I haven't heard this kind of band since Mumford & Sons, but I'm not the biggest fan of them since all of there songs are basically the same exact thing. Still, the artist and song you have shared with me bring about a "Country" or "Outdoor" feeling, while keeping to the new voice patterns of more modern like music. Taking something old and making it new is refreshing, and sure, may have been done before, but not exactly like this. I love the song, and this is the picture I feel resembles it.

Artist: Carousel

Song: Stay Awake (DotEXE Remix)

Genre: Drumstep

Style: Smooth with really heavy drop

Description: A nice song to listen to when your playing games or just chilling. It has a very soft style but the drops remind you that you are indeed listening to Dubstep. The mix of soft and heavy is done very well. I strongly recommend checking out DotEXE if you are into Electronic/Dubstep. He does some of the best remixes out there.

Rate: 75 out of 100

Description/Reason: I like the song and the way it leads up, and I do like the drop that comes also, still... something doesn't sit right with me. Something about the way the drop comes into a song that leads up to a completely different drop just doesn't feel right. It's almost as if they're turning the song into something completely different and it confusing. Here is an example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eV51TbqqMsk

All I can really imagine for this drop is this:

Artist: Volbeat

Song: A warriors call

Album: Beyond hell, above heaven

Genre: Seems to depend on the song, Rock/Metal

Style: A new age twist on classic Rock n Roll

Description: Volbeat is a Danish band that I found around six years ago. They have a unique sound to them, that I have heard described as a fusion of Metallica and Elvis. They are growing in popularity but still find that a ton of people have never heard of them.
