I am not getting episode data for the vast majority of shows in my cue.
If I bring one of the shows up I get no episodes listed.
This issue occurs in Firefox and Chrome

What region are you in? Did you check if you are supposed to be able to see those shows region wise?

I'm in US, and these episodes showed for me 4 hours ago.

I've actually seen this happen in the past too, but I never really thought it was much of an issue since it (thankfully) seems to always get fixed within a reasonable amount of time.

And normally I would agree, and usually opening the show give you episodes.
But when the episodes of 15 shows, that I know of, are missing, I figure it would be a good idea to say something.

If you go to the contact us page, does it correctly display your region?

That would be a no.
And that must be why.
The question is how do I fix it.

FYI ... I can see the episode data using Safari on my iPad:

Not sure if that'll help narrow the issue down or not, but I thought I'd post the info. Just in case. I'm in the U.S. as well. Cheers.

Well the first step would be to make sure you aren't using a french vpn or something like that. Besides that, the only real way to fix it is to obtain a new ip address. The best way to do that would be to turn off your modem long enough for the DCHP to renew. I can't say for certain how long that will take, but you could try 5 minutes and see if that works.

Not an option for me. And to the best of my knowledge this address has not/dose not change.
FYI: Speedtest.net says I am in KS on Level 3, which is wrong by 5 states, but at least expected.

CR should detect a new region if you start a new browser session. In firefox this could be as simple as restarting the browser as long as you have it set to show your homepage when the browser starts (tools>options>general>when firefox starts "show my home page"). You could also force a crash to start a new session.

This won't work if it detects your region as being France again, but it's worth a try.
