I can read, write and speak fairly well.
I know probably 100+ kanji, not as much as I should though. I still get stumped on a few.

I can understand japanese, but talking and writing are the hard part. I can't speak that well cause even when I understand the words, I can't find them in my head while I'm trying to say anything.
And the most writing I've done is with a digital keyboard, which turns japanese words (Written in english llike: Konbanwa into こんばんわ. I think it's good practice.) But I still can't read it.. I have to start going into Japanese language class and stuff, and dedicate more time into learning it.. Cause tbh it's much like a life dream to go and live in Japan.

Can only memorize hiragana and katakana when writing. Have yet to write kanji (on paper) but i am familiar with a couple thousand+ of em. I mostly type instead of write them haa. My weak point is listening so im workin on that, but there is no one to talk to over here so my progress is slow >_< To answer question, yes to all three. Fluently? no lol
