I hate it how the US government thinks they are superior and have the right to control all other countries.
I hope Russia and China will bomb it. (The NSA buildings and databases)

I hope I'll be in Canada by then. My government sickens me. We need more educated Americans if we're going to overthrow this corrupt government and economic system one day. America is young and it's due for a revolution.

So not going to look through a year old, 21 page thread this late on a worknight, but did you know we were warned 31 years ago that this was already happening and would continue to happen and only get worse?

But truly to comprehend the growing reach of this formidable organization, it is necessary to recall once again how the computers that power the N.S.A. are also gradually changing lives of Americans - the way they bank, obtain benefits from the Government and communicate with family and friends. Every day, in almost every area of culture and commerce, systems and procedures are being adopted by private companies and organizations as well as by the nation's security leaders that make it easier for the N.S.A. to dominate American society should it ever decide such action is necessary. --David Burnham, March 27, 1983.

About the only thing Mr. Burnham left out was the tragic willingness of people to freely trade away their personal information for little gain, to trade privacy for convenience, and to publish so much of their lives for all the world to see that hell, the NSA barely needs to truly "spy" on anyone. They can just sit back and watch Facebook.
