Videos freeze often for me. (Often twice per episode of any show, on any resolution.) Here's my stats and results for each DNS server tested at my home. I've tried Opera Web Browser and Google Chrome and the playback issue is not resolved. Crunchyroll Email support has not helped me and I've tried them twice! If anyone has any solutions, please let me know. I use Chrome as my default browser and I'm running;

Windows 8 64Bit
8GB DDR 3 RAM
Intel Core i7 3630QM CPU @ 2.4Ghz
NVIDIA Geforce GTZ 660M GPU

It looks like you are streaming from the same server for all three DNS settings - 184.84.220.151
Let me dig up a different server and give you the instructions on how to set the server you stream from and we can give that a try.

Edit: Digital Deviant posted a good set of directions on how to do a work around for this.

There are several online sites that will run a nslookup online using different DNS servers. Here are a few that return US servers

http://centralops.net/co/NsLookup.aspx
http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/nslookup/result/
http://www.dnsqueries.com/en/dns_lookup.php

Here is one that seems to do a world wide look up:

http://www.just-dnslookup.com/

You can then edit your hosts file to direct cp150757.edgefcs.net to the IP address indicated in the nslookup. The format will look like:

69.31.72.247 cp150757.edgefcs.net #Crunchroll

Here is a good Win8 tutorial on editing the hosts file since the OP is on that OS:

http://windows8themes.org/access-denied-how-to-edit-hosts-file-in-windows-8.html

Keep trying until you get a decent server. I don't see why paying customers have to go through this.

Thank you for posting this!
As far as your last comment goes, it's something that we're working on and it really shouldn't be something that a user has to do.
That said if it is something that I, as Support, can offer a user to resolve the problem, I will give it a shot.

I thank you guys for your help so far!

I just wanted to chime in some testing I've done lately. I have decided to install the Crunchyroll App on my Android Device (Samsung Galaxy SIII, if that matters), and my new Roku LT. Both of these platforms on my WiFi do not suffer from any video stuttering so I think the problem is isolated to the Window's version of the Flash Player. I've reinstalled Flash Player (properly, by running uninstaller first, rebooting, then reinstalling the entire thing over again.) but it appears that the Window's version is just having issues. This problem also exists at my cousin's house when I'm on his gaming PC running Windows 7 w/ a 28mb DL ISP package. The Android and Roku app are working flawlessly on my WiFi, even on 720p.

I've also tried setting the storage of flash player to unlimited and enabled HW acceleration.

Neither the Android or Roku app currently support 720p. Unless something has changed recently, encodes for the Android app top out at only 360p, and for the Roku, 480p.

The Roku LT states on the package it supports up to 720p quality - unless Crunchyroll has set limitations up, it should be rendered in 720p quality. On PC, even 480p stutters

Crunchyroll only provides 480p encodes for the Roku. The Roku will upscale the output to whatever you have it set for, regardless of the source quality, but that doesn't change the video any more than if you fed 480p to your TV and let it handle the upscaling.

I've had this problem too. My solution was to just use the Crunchyroll app on the Xbox. Before I got my PC that's what I used anyway, and when I did get my PC I started to use the Crunchyroll website. But since I've also get this stuttering thing going on at times I just use my Xbox. But sometimes I just want to watch a single episode and so I'll use the PC cause it just quicker to get up and running.

As a paying customer, I don't really care for this problem. Honestly I just pay to watch Naruto freely, whenever I want to. So everything else is a benefit to me, especially the feature that allows you to stop watching a video, then come back later and no matter what you use (Apps/PC/Xbox) It'll put you back to where you were before. I think that may be what causes this stuttering problem, if so let's keep the stuttering?

I had the same problem... I changed my ip to a static open dns server and made sure my router had same config and reset my cache and all my problems disappeared
