If you are encountering issues with your queue, please try logging out and logging back in.
If a video is 'Preparing for your device.', please try logging out and logging back in.

If logging out and logging back in does not work, please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Read here if you think shows are missing

In order to view mature content shows on your device, you must set the Mature Content Filter to "Show Mature Content" in your Video Settings at https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video. In some cases, setting the Default Language to "English (US)" may also be useful.
