In order to view mature content shows on your device, you must set the Mature Content Filter to "Show Mature Content" in your Video Settings at https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video. In some cases, setting the Default Language to "English (US)" may also be useful. If you can watch the video on a PC or Mac, but not on your iOS device, try setting those options first.
For those interested in the AirServer device - unfortunately, according to http://www.airserver.com/Support, in-app video streams (such as those from Crunchyroll, HBO, Amazon, and so on) require an encrypted video stream that AirServer does not support. They are looking into a future fix, however.
