There are some products which do ship from Japan. Figures do not.
Email support@crunchyroll.com with your order number and I'll look into shipping on your product.

USPS First Class - Customs as well. Shipping from California.
My guess would be two weeks once you receive the email with tracking information.

My order for the Miku 2.0 nendo just shipped yesterday, so that's fine. My only problem is not being thrilled that Fedex Smartpost was used as the shipping method even though I paid $20 for shipping since I ordered two Mikus and the shipping costs stack.

Anywho, my post was more about feedback in general. The store should seriously look into overhauling shipping costs and methods.

Is there any update on Figma Kirito - Sword Art Online ? it was released over 2 weeks ago from Max Factory, I am curious to know how long will it take for you guys to receive those items, I don't mind waiting as long as I receive what I pay for.

A quick and honest answer will work for me.

Just got info on this from the Store Team today.
The product is on route to the warehouse via freight.
We're expecting it in US on the 29th, which means with Customs time added in, into our warehouse by August 5th (we hope).

After that we'll be frantically packing and shipping them to those who purchased.

I got mine this last week, so I can confirm they are being shipped out. (I'm close to the warehouse and so get the orders three or less days after they ship out.)

The Asuna figma shows as being released this month. It's been pushed back by the manufacturer a few times. I usually check the info at MyFigureCollection or the maker's website if they have one I can understand (Figmas are released through Good Smile Company and they have English info) to check on dates before harassing the store.

I finally got the koto 1/8 Asuna today after it was shipped last Monday. It was sent via Fedex Smartpost which goes to Fedex but is delivered by USPS . Are these Smartpost/Surepost really that much cheaper or do they make it easier to ship rather then going directly through the carriers? The item took twice as long to get here & the box was crushed in one corner so bad that the figure box inside was damaged too. Luckily the figure seems fine & I'm not that type of collector, but I still appreciate my figure boxes not arriving banged up. The figure wasn't boxed up badly but the way it was done with air cushions meant that damage to the box would just transfer to pushing on the contents inside. I suggest you ask the warehouse to switch to paper cushioning instead which would better absorb impact instead of transferring them.

I have tried reading this to look for info on the Kirito Nendoroid not figma. I keep reading in the reivews and here that it has been pushed back to august, but I don't see that officially anywhere. Where is that posted? Also do we know where we are on this nendoroid? I'm curious as to when I can expect it coming to my door. Just curious and excited lol

Also I saw someone mention that the link to our order history should be more easy to find. I see it's in the email, but can you get to it while logged into the site anywhere?
