I know everyone at CR is about tired of this, but I'd like to ask if we can get an update on the Figma Kirito/Asuna. I saw where someone was told they expected them in on Aug 5. My order still says Paid Pending Fulfillment, and was wondering if there was anything you could tell us about the whereabouts of the shipment. Thanks.

EDIT: Ok, I finally got an email notice that my Kirito Figma shipped.

Me too, I would like an update on the Kirito Figma. I also heard that the shipment was estimated to arrive at the warehouse around August 5th. I have received no notice of shipment, and my order is still "Paid Pending Fulfillment."
I understand you have no control over manufacturing delays, but it still would be nice to be notified when a delay DOES occur, instead leaving the customer begging for some sign that their order has not fallen into a black hole.

Hello, I am wondering the same thing, but for the SAKURA KINOMOTO Nendoroid.

I want to know if it's worth it (meaning you haven't run out for sure) and that I can pre-order with a sense of security.

I've try contacting Crunchyroll but have gotten no response since last week.

I pre-ordered the SAO grab bag last black friday deal and there was NO indication this was a preorder item and I got an email from the caomplaint that it would ship 12/31/14 but here it is 01/07/15 and no item, no responce from emails, the original product page has since been removed from the server, and all paid in full up front. To say the least the retail store of CR has ALOT to be desired and I will be ordering from a nother site that is ALOT better and does not charge shipping AND it is coming from Japan!!!! The CR streaming subscription is hands down awesome but the retail store I will never use again. What a disapointment for my kid.

I am also waiting on information about a preorder. I preordered a nendoroid that was supposed to be shipped by 12/31 (the actual item came out in Japan a few months before) and have yet to see any change in the order. I'm still waiting for it to be fulfilled.

I have another item on preorder with an ETA in April, and I'm really concerned that I will not get either item. It would be nice to know what is going on.

Previous orders have not been an issue. I ordered an item that was not a preorder in January and received it with little to no difficulty.

I believe your talking about their list of messenger bags?, which, they were all preorders, and the 'estimated' shipment was the 31st (which I believe some were shipped out before then) however, probably due to customs/port strikes/holiday season, as well as the sheer number of the bundles that were ordered (I believe the one store mod mentioned that for the SAO bundle alot there were over a thousand orders) alot of them havent been ready to ship yet. it was said in another thread that the items were all at the warehouse so it shouldnt be too much longer.

unlike most items, the bundles have to wait for the items to get to the warehouse, where they are then gathered and sorted into the different bundles and then sent out. So, they'd have to wait for both the CR bags to get there (and depending on the number, possibly even having to make more) as well as the different items to put in them. which depending on where they came from, the strikes out west or customs/holiday season could've slowed down tremendously. (I am part of a kickstarter whose shipment hit the west coast before the 6t of december and be at my house by christmas, and due to the strikes at the port as well as customs it didnt leave the port until around the 29th, and its still not fully ready to be shipped out of the warehouse) so, the lateness isnt all CR's fault.

what you gotta realize is that CR isnt a store, they dont have items 'instock' like a store you could just go up and buy something. Most of their items come from other vendors (and in this case, possibly multiple vendors (the one Kill la kill bundle that had an unboxing video seemed like it had items from more then a single vendor, plus the CR bag which is yet another vendor). Sure they may have a surplus of some item in their warehouse but I believe for the majority of the items they act as a middle man between the vendor and the customers.

Yeah, that SAO fukabukaro I ordered back in early Dec. (it's February now) - still haven't received it. I emailed them in January and I got the "it'll ship soon" response and then again yesterday when I still did not have a tracking number.

Miracle of miracles, they "had it in stock" and would ship it that day (lucky me *rolling eyes*). You know what they say "Fool me once,..." Never got an unsolicited update from CR during the whole 2+ months, no "here's a little something to make up for how terrible our service is", they basically have the attitude of "sux to be you!"

Cancelled that order then and there. I wonder how many times CR can "apologize" for themselves before they actually do something about it. Tell you what, they've lost my trust for good. They couldn't pay ME to order anything from them again!
