We got a clear look at the back of her hair, and it wasn't connected to her clothes (like Jeanne's short hair was) but the clothes are still made of hair. Where exactly is the hair growing from? I can think of 3 possibilities all grosser than the last.

Short hair is fine, but they need to fix this because it is completely breaking the concept of her clothes and magic

you could clarify your post with pictures, links, or videos. After all, not everyone knows what you're talking about.

it made sense in that it was connected to her clothes, which are made of hair. Which is why she get's naked when using a big spell, which also requires hair.

This is what I'm talking about

Maybe she's using thicker clothes, which would require more hair, which would leave less on her head.
Or maybe YOU'RE TAKING IT TOO FUCKING SERIOUSLY.

Blind fanboyism at it's finest. Point out one flaw, despite having every intention to buy a Wii U specifically for the game, and you're taking it to seriously. Do people not know how easy making a thread is? no serious effort what so ever.

Clothes being thicker is not even the point. The hair on her head isn't connected to the clothes, like both Bayonetta and Jeanne's hair(despite being just as short) was in 1. So where is the hair growing from? There is no none gross answer

Yeah, that is true. Maybe over the years, she doesn't need to use hair for the special attacks anymore? I dunno. But I see the point you're trying to make. Obviously you've played the game before.

Fanboyism......? Wow, it looks like I wasn't being sarcastic enough.
And it looks like you took it too seriously as well.

She's an witch, it doesn't have to make sense. She can still do wicked weave so there's no problem gameplay wise.

Ok first let me say one thing, I have never played the first game, but it is on my list of games to play, I have however heard explanations about Bayonetta using her hair in her magic (which is apparently derived from legends of witches using their hair for magic, or so I've been told) and that her cloths are also made of her hair

Now I have absolutely no idea if this is right or not but.... does Bayonetta's hair need to be... connected to her for her to use it in her magic or anything else for that matter? We know that her umm super attack? (not sure what term they use) still uses her hair so she removes her cloths, but does that mean her hair needs to be on her scalp? is she allowed to cut her hair and then use it in combat? Quite honestly that would be my guess, Bayonetta cut her hair, fashioned it into cloths and then rips her cloths off to unleash pain on her enemies.

I could be wrong, like I said I haven't played the first game and am only interested in it, I fully admit there's a lot I don't know, I'm just giving an educated guess.

Magic.

Still, I think she probably just cuts it and stores it. Why can't she use cut hair?
