I would be doing other fun and exciting things. Oh and there's also manga, games, and life.

Not much different. If it never existed, then we would never have enjoyed it in the first place, keeping us from knowing that it's any good at all.

I don't know since in this scenario, anime never existed, so I wouldn't know what else I would've been doing if anime didn't exist. Like I wouldn't know what I'm missing out on if I don't even know it existed at all. lol. But maybe I'd be reading a book by the riverside with the wind dramatically blowing my hair.

I read a lot already but I guess that would massively increase if anime was absent in my life

It's not humanely possible to know what your life would be like if something did/does not exist. If it did not exist, there's no way you could miss it or know it was gone. But if I have to answer, I'd say that I'd just spend more time playing video games, or even... searching for work even harder than I am now.. (Yeah right..)

A sizable chunk of my childhood and current life would be replaced with even more dinosaurs, books, games, and random things that I would imagine. Actually, since most of my childhood association with anime/manga involved me yearning for it from afar, not much would change in my life if it didn't exist. The biggest difference would probably be my art style, since I adopted anime-style to make up for how difficult it is for me to draw humans realistically.

Some animes actually inspire me so I think if anime didn't exist, I wouldn't be doing as good as I am now.
Example: Listen to me Girls im your Father: "never give up" (most slogan for animes)
Also in "The melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" there was an episode were Haruhi got her homework done within the first week of summer and totally shot it at kyon that she finished it and he hasn't even started it. So that surprisingly got me to work on homework before doing anything else o.o

Probably roughly the same. I am a light gamer, but I don't think that would increase by very much. I would guess that whatever time I spent watching anime would have been replaced with reading books.
