A normal life is good, I started to watch that but didn't really get into. Is it good?

Oreimo as the main character so I could have cool friends as Kyousuke does, girls fawning over me and the occasional exciting event.

My high school life was really dramatic; it's almost like an anime.
I'm not going to go into details, but being openly gay made me an easy target.

My personality is like Haruhi Suzumiya, I felt like the author wrote the story about me, really. I didn't know such a personality could exist elsewhere in the world. After watching that anime, I didn't feel alone anymore. The author must have encountered someone like that in his life.

In conclusion, in a way, I'm already living the life of some animes... it feels great to be able to relate to the anime with my life stories.

Need I say more? The one character in like any harem anime ever, who is not only a friggin genius, but also makes the girls fall for him. They don't do it unconditionally because he's the main character, no he plans it out. I wish I was Keima, with Keima's intelligence, the sky is the limit :).

i wish i could live i the gundam wing universe after endless waltz. because maybe just maybe we finally get it. that war solves nothing and treating each other with decency and respect goes a long way to easing tension and fear. and that living with a diversity of people and opinions is truly amazing, it is truly living.

If by anime you mean a place where girls easily faun over me as if I am the only guy in the whole world, or where simple will power alone can help me overcome my enemies, or going to new exciting different lands, then yes I guess would wish my life to be more like an anime.

As to what type of anime I would want to be in............................... I have no %^&% clue haha

nothing really pops out and says to me, "YA I want to go there!"

I wish my life would be like One Piece, Soul Eater ,or any other anime where i can be the shining heroic protagonist!!!
But i would definitely NOT want to be in Attack on Titan, Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni, Elfein Leid, and Shadow Star.

Uh, I liked it for the most part. You'll fall in love with the characters, but to me the show wasn't really light-hearted enough. On the thematic side, the show is like a Life 101 class whose primary lesson is that sometimes life sucks, here's how to deal with it. I don't really agree with that, so it was a bit too much for me at times. But lots of people loved the show.

In the recent 2012 BATTLE thread on these forums to see what was the best anime of 2012, Sakurasou made it to the final 4, so you could say it comes highly recommended.

Paprika. I'd really like a machine that could record your dreams and eventually be used to record and play back your own imagination even when you're awake. It'd be amazing to make your own movies with nothing but your mind.

Agreed. She reinvents herself and pursues a new life goal, which is very admirable. I personally like her visceral reasoning, too. Prideful revenge.

Few anime characters match my personality well. Kyoko might just come the closest, disturbingly. Many of my accomplishments were done spitefully.

Thanks for the forum battle, I actually was trying to find some new anime to watch and it helped. ^_^
