Two boxes left on the lineup page and it seems there will be at least one more announcement today.

Still no news whether Log Horizon is simulcasted or not. I guess it's either Funi already got it or it isn't simulcasted at all, like most NHK series.

I'm going to guess the latter. So the next one should either be yozakura quartet or non non biyori. I'm leaning on the latter since its tv Tokyo.

Or they can have another announcement. Before they announced Hajime no Ippo, they were showing only 1 more announcement today. After they announced it, they are still showing 1 more announcement.

Crunchyroll has already done a "announce simulcast right after the show is done airing" with Miss Monochrome, so their announcement for Non Non Biyori could still be on Monday.

There are only two weekend shows that haven't had simulcast announcements yet: Log Horizon (Saturday) and Yozakura Quartet (Sunday). Of the two, I'm leaning more towards Log Horizon, as the other two NHK shows this season (Bottom Biting Bug 2, and Phi Brain 3) have already been announced. The first Yozakura Quartet TV series was licensed by Section23, and was streamed on The Anime Network and Hulu, so that might end up being a latecast.

Sentai doesn't use Hulu or TAN for simulcasts anymore. If they did IS2 would be on there instead of on CR. as for the bug show and phi brain CR got previous seasons of those. The latter being a sub license from sentai and the bug show being a short. NHK shows rarely get a simulcast but there are exceptions.

Still two boxes left!

After all the worrying/complaining people did, CR pulls through big-time. No faith, people, no faith.

Looks like CR got Log Horizon after all.

One box left, I wonder if more boxes will be added.

I think we're nearing the end of the announcements, keeping in mind the number of shows CR will have and that Funimation will probably be grabbing 5-6 for themselves.

Including the current "?" box and discounting the live action series, we currently sit at 29 new simulcasts, which is getting close to the record. I was expecting CR would have 25-28 for the season, but I'm happy to have been wrong.

I really don't expect them to go past 32 new anime simulcasts, but I would be happy to be wrong again.

CR getting Tokyo Ravens would be awesome but I'd also be alright with Biyori. I need my moe anime.

I'm a little surprised there haven't been more Funimation sized holes in CR's lineup so far (other than Freezing, Kyousogiga could be one). Crunchy's lineup is looking very strong for this season. And the fact that many of them are longer than one cour means CR will be well off for the Winter season as well. I'm looking forward to a lot in CR's lineup.

I suppose there's still 7 or so shows left, which would be plenty for Funimation if they got them. But I'm still expecting CR to take at least a few of those 7 left.

For those in the UK, Kill la Kill episode 1 is available to watch here http://www.alltheanime.com/simulcasts/

With an explanation at UK Anime Net:

Wakanim to launch UK site, streaming Kill la Kill
To be simulcast via All the Anime web site

The partner in question is Wakanim, a French anime broadcaster that will be launching a new UK version of its site. Also confirmed is that the service will be simulcasting Studio Trigger's Kill la Kill in conjunction with Anime Limited (who will be licensing titles for the service), meaning that episodes of said series will appear on the All The Anime web site.

The Wakanim service will offer all of its titles to be viewed for free on the site for a period of one month, while also offering premium rental of streams for 69p per episode for thirty days of access from the date of payment, or £1.25 for a download to own copy of an episode.

Since All The Anime just teased as second simulcast, that seems likely to be Samarai Flamenco, which is blocked to the UK at Crunchyroll and listed as streaming to France at the Wakanime.tv site.

I have especially good feelings about the following:
Kuroko's Basketball season 2 (and season 1 while you're at it // My favorite sports anime)
Samurai Flamenco (which should be some good ol' quirky action, I'm a fan of the studio and the staff)
Nagi no Asukara (fantasy romance? First episode was good, and has great animation and music)
Coppelion (which is on Hulu // sci-fi action with amazing animation, and perhaps has a culturally relevant message)
Galilei Donna (looks like a futuristic science-fantasy action show)
Golden Time (Supernatural romance, same studio as Sakurasou, and same author as Toradora! Good first episode)
Gingitsune (Fantasy slice-of-life, the previews make it look nice and relaxing)

Most of these shows have previews to go along with them, so you can check them out and make the decisions for yourself :3
