And one of the least surprising license announcements of the year: Infinite Stratos 2 is licensed by Sentai Filmworks

Edit: Do those territories imply that Daisuki is streaming it to Japan?

More likely implies that Aniplex Japan takes the "outside of Japan" part of Daisuki for granted.

They might be among the few without a simulcast license, as there is no teaser dated or ?/?? for a coming announcement at the end of the announcement list today.

Now that's 2 seasons in a row where CR has streamed the TV Tokyo Media Factory series. I wonder if this is because Funi passed on them or if TV Tokyo has requested Media Factory to use CR.

Hopefully, their website launch doesn't get delayed again, but I'd be surprised if they announced new simulcast titles on the same day it goes live.

Color yourself surprised.

My prediction that it would be late enough to miss the end of summer, but launch in time for their fall simulcasts turned to be spot on, although I can't say I was really expecting both to be the same day. (I thought they might launch the new site and announce their simulcasts on the same day, but I didn't expect any to actually launch the same day).

New box added dated for November 30 announcement. Guessing some kind of delaycast, like what happened with Monogatari?

Theories on what it could be?

That doesn't appear on the lineup page currently. At the moment, there are no "?" boxes left.

Was in the simulcast or library title section?

In other news Funi's new site seems to have a number of problems. My subscription disappeared, and my birth date is now 8 years earlier. Also, I can't seem to log on to the mobile app, and the features section of the mobile app doesn't work.

When I logged into the Roku app, it appeared to authenticate but treated me as a free user. When I logged into the website, it wanted by e-mail address instead of username, and then stated, "For security reasons, your password needs to be reset. A password reset link has been emailed to you by our friendly FUNimation Robot."

I have to wonder if perhaps they've changed to app logon to use e-mail for the username.

EDIT: From what I have seen in the forum, it appears most (if not all) people with an Elite membership will have to resubscribe. I see the last time I was charged was back on August 11, so I actually got some time for free. It appears we will also be eligible for the 14 day free trial all over again.

EDIT 2: I should have read my e-mail first. It includes an offer to resubscribe for 2 months for the price of one, and explains why it is necessary (at least for those using PayPal).

Simulcast, but it's gone now, aka been filled. Hmm, wonder what is was...

I've been anticipating Pupa the most, but there still is no current airdate and is said to air "some time in the fall". I also heard from multiple forums that the length could be only five minutes per episode and the anime itself could be delayed. I feel that the episode length could be true, because I read all seven chapters of the manga, and there truly is only enough for what I think could fill four episodes.

You have read the 7 illegal English translations, not the actual chapters. Chapter 29 came out in the most recent issue of Earth Star Comics which I read monthly. Chapter 30 in this month's issue will be out later this week. There are four tankobon out, way more than enough to do full length episodes.

There is a bad smell about it at the moment however. Hope all is well at Studio Deen. With Sekai de Ichiban coming out on time I don't think there is an issue at Earth Star.

It is sad actually as the cover of last month's is Pupa as they wanted to make a splash... The headline is "Decision to make into anime for fall 2013: pupa"

While this month it is Sekai de Ichiban

The one I'm tweet-stalking Earth Star for is Tokyo Cycle Girl! And the mangaka is begging right along with me LOL

I also found that I hadn't been charged since late July. I've resubscribed, but the Roku app still treats me as a free user, which is very annoying, though it seems that the new shows aren't up anyways. On the iPad app, the new Freezing episode is up, but that's it. You can at least see pages for Unbreakable Machine Doll and Tokyo Ravens.

The straw that broke the camel's back reason I quit Funi and decided to just watch on Hulu (ROKU/Playon) was (at the time) that their Roku app was days behind on simulcasts, so I wound up watching from Hulu with ads anyway. I'm curious to see if that has changed with their new rollout, but not curious enough to pay for a subscription to find out... Unless someone can tell me for sure, they'll have to make an official announcement that their ROKU setup has the same release dates for simulcasts as theirs (and Hulu's) website.

Update to Initial Post:

Last updated: Tuesday, October 8th, 2013 @ 11:33AM EDT
Added episode count to Yowamushi Pedal
Added Blazblue, Freezing Vibration, Tokyo Ravens and Unbreakable Machine Doll to Other Announced Simulcasts
Added My Mental Choices are Completely Interfering with my School Romantic Comedy, Arpeggio of Blue Steel and Non Non Biyori to Crunchyroll Simulcasts

It will be interesting to see if there are any other simulcast announcements this week. I know that we are likely about 3 to 4 weeks away from the catalog title announcements.
