And the box is filled. These two late announcements have both been unexpected, though One Piece was still the bigger surprise.

Update to Initial Post:

Last updated: Friday, November 8th, 2013 @ 5:52PM EST
Added information on Hidamari Sketch: Sae Hiro Sotsugyou-hen

Thanks for the assist, melina_putri. I'm also really starting to think that we aren't going to get Pupa at all for Fall. I could understand that maybe it got pushed back to Winter or even Spring but yeah the lack of new info on it and basically the Winter premieres start in December so time is running out for it this season.

They've had their files hanging their butts out on the net for ages. Was just a matter of time. Have to keep your content secure in this licensed world!

This really is the weak of leaks... First Coppelion (Madman), then Kill la Kill (Madman), now Monogatari (Daisuki).

It has been leaked, but Daisuki hasn't responded to it yet (if they even know about it). You might get this week's episode, but there's a good chance the simulcast will be suspended soon. Apparently the person who leaked it is also planning on leaking Magi so they better respond fast...

That sucks! I've read the novel so I already know what happens but I really like seeing it animated!!!! Bummage...

Crunchyroll just keeps looking better and better, unless I've jinxed them. Can't remember Crunchy having a leak.

There was a 10 minute code geass r2 leak back when it aired. I am not entirely sure if cr hosted that or not.

With Daisuki, there's only less party to insist that it be pulled, since its the international licensor itself doing the streaming.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I haven't actually seen anything that suggests Aniplex is doing the streaming themself. To me it looks like Aniplex USA are still handling the international licensing for English speaking countries, including the Daisuki streams. Daisuki obviously has the support of Aniplex (JP) and they may have used that connection to get more regions, but that doesn't mean Aniplex USA aren't involved.

Even if it was a direct license, they can't keep putting new episodes on their servers until they close the leak. Daisuki's security seems far more complicated than Madman's so it may take longer to fix the problem.

Edit: I think I misinterpreted what you were saying. The second point still stands though.

Diasuki is a joint venture, and Aniplex JP is one of the partners: Asatsu-DK, Toei Animation, Aniplex, Sunrise, TMS Entertainment, Nihon Ad Systems, and Dentsu. Their original international rights would be decided in advance in the agreement that formed the production committee, and that would be the basis of streaming rights that they are relying on as joint venture partners in Daisuki.

They are, of course, sometimes constrained by exclusive rights they have granted to a licensee, so Aniplex USA's involvement in Daisuki having the streaming rights would entail a willingness to share the streaming rights with Daisuki JP, so that Aniplex USA's license does not constrain Aniplex JP's Daisuki stream.

That depends on who is forcing the issue on leaks ~ if its the international licensor, then in the case of the Diasuki, "prosecution" and "defense" are the same party, and not every business imposes the same penalties on themselves that they impose on others.

OTOH, if its others in the production committee forcing the issue, and the international licensor is only conveying the production committee's displeasure, then Aniplex JP is still sitting in the hot seat.
