It has been leaked, but Daisuki hasn't responded to it yet (if they even know about it). You might get this week's episode, but there's a good chance the simulcast will be suspended soon. Apparently the person who leaked it is also planning on leaking Magi so they better respond fast...

One can only hope the publishers will not overreact and halt their simulcast on other unaffected services (assuming the contracts with those services would even permit such).

Seems they didn't even halt Monogatari and it was put up even earlier effectively for me due to the time change here. So hopefully no disruption of streaming from Daisuki.

I'd think as long as the material pipeline does not have the leaky service in between the Japanese streaming publisher and Crunchyroll, Crunchyroll will be OK.

That is, so long as, fingers crossed, its not Crunchyroll that gets hit ... if Toei was willing to shut down Funimation on One Piece, with Funimation acting as their home video distributor, I don't know whether Crunchyroll would have the commercial clout to get forbearance.

I still am surprised that TAN was able to get To Love Ru: Darkness streaming again so soon after posting the premiere episode early. Perhaps the Japanese are more accepting of, "Oops, we screwed up the time. We won't do that again", as opposed to "Oops, we screwed up on security, we'll fix that".

I think a lot of it has to do with who it is making the decision and how clueless they are about the internet ... the way that it was described in an ANNcast, Toei basically demanded that Funimation stop piracy on the internet after the One Piece episode was stolen. It was over a year later that Funimation sued the 1,337 (ie, 'LEET') bit-torrent users on copyright infringement, but that seems likely to have been one result of the anti-piracy push they had to promise to get the One Piece simulcast rights back.

The end result if the Kill la Kill leak is that the Crunchyroll territories were extended to include Australia and New Zealand. http://www.crunchyroll.com/forumtopic-821305/new-fall-titles-kill-la-kill-magi-kingdom-of-magic-valvrave-the-liberator-season-2
I had been thinking that something like that would be a good solution, but I wasn't expecting it to actually happen.

Whoa dang. Not interested in it personally, but crazy that CR got this. Or perhaps not so crazy considering that they just picked up OP.

Update to Initial Post:

Last updated: Thursday, November 14th, 2013 @ 6:31PM EST
Added Toriko to Crunchyroll Simulcasts
Adjusted info on Kill la Kill simulcasts(striking out Madman and adding regions to Crunchyroll and Daisuki)

Toriko is another Toei title so this certainly would increase the chances of CR getting Sailor Moon this Winter.

Certainly today has been a great day for Crunchyroll between the Toriko announcement and those in Australia and New Zealand being able to watch Kill la Kill on Crunchyroll(and Daisuki) now.

Now they have. It seems like they done a test with Kill la Kill 07 where they uploaded a watermarked version shortly after the broadcast. The file was still leaked and uploaded as a torrent 7 minutes before the Daisuki stream time, so now they've stopped posting new episodes of their simulcasts.

Well that sucks...

Why don't they just give Crunchyroll WorldWide Exclusive Streaming Rights already???

Ah I heard about that before regarding the leak last week. Apparently, Kill la Kill and Coppelion were also leaked along with Monogatari on torrent sites.

There's no indication that Aniplex JP retained exclusive rights anywhere, and based on the Dasiuki region, exclusive rights were signed away in: Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, some Asian areas, France and some French-speaking areas.

But it would be sweet if Daisuki would allow Crunchyroll to stream Kill la Kill in Africa, the Middle East and Europe outside of UK, Ireland, France and some French speaking countires.

Nagi no Asukara licensed by NIS America:

Hulu has it as a NISA license. This is the first title that they've gotten from Showgate.
