Is there a CR app for Samsung TVs?

Hi, I recently bought a Samsung TV and after looking thru the list of apps in SmartHub, I couldn't find one for CR. However, seeing as how there's a forum section for Samsung, is there perhaps a 3rd party app that can be installed somehow? If so, any instructions would be appreciated.

There is an app for Crunchyroll!

I assume that you have a 2012 or newer model?

Heh, just so happens my TV did an update yesterday. Now, under Samsung Apps-> Video, about 80% of the way down the list I finally see an app entitled "Crunchyroll".

Note I did actually have to scroll thru the list. Typing "crunchy" into the search function returned no results.

Time to give this a test-drive...

Hi I also have been receiving a problem on my samsung smart TV, my TV App Store is called the "Opera TV Store" and I cannot seem to find crunchyroll anywhere, I've typed it in the search and looked at all the apps and it is not there.

Does it really?? I mean I just recently got my Samsung TV, but I noticed it looks really nice to me regardless. Is it just certain anime that are like that or is it all of them.

Also this might be a tad bit random, but is it me or is it something I'm missing but is there not a 'Resume' function in the Samsung TV app??

If you mean resume , as if you want to pick up where you stopped before , then no . They left that out for Samsung users and the screen saver will come on when watching episodes . And still no HD or a peep out of them if there ever will be ! Pay for premium and get free service (minus ads)...

Your tv is most lightly up scaling the shows . That can make them look old . Watched trinity Seven tonite & it kicked on several times . KanColl , never came on nor did fairy Tail tonite . It's lazy encoding ... and we still don't have hd !!

Unfortunately Samsung TV will no longer be supported in the near future with a handful of other devices we used to support. Users should be getting an email about it in July. It's already been removed via the device page. Sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

Interesting. All the smart TVs are gone now...although I would think that the new Roku TVs would still be able to have the CR channel as long as Roku is supported, since Roku is directly licensing their software to Insignia, Hisense and Sharp, but I don't own one of those to verify it...

Someone seems to have missed a cleanup item on the footer of all the CR pages, though, since Google TV isn't in the displayed devices:
