One question, to watch on apply tv do you have to be premium to be able to see the shows or regular members can also view?

As with the other most recent apps, you need to be a premium member to access anything other than sample episodes.

The Android app, iOS app, and Roku apps all support free view access (with ads).

Just got an Apply TV yesterday and I'm pretty happy with the CR app. My only issue is the lack of information when fast forwarding or rewinding. Instead, you just get a black screen with a progress bar at the bottom leaving you to guess how far forward or back you need to go to find a certain scene. Is there any chance this will get improved in the future?

Will 1080p streams be available on the Apple TV?

Yes, as long as the anime supports it.

Do you have to be a premium member to show it on apple TV the 1080p or no?'cause when I play it on iPhone there's adds in every half minute of the show or something. Since, I'm not a premium member

All the recent apps require one to be a premium member to access anything other than sample episodes.

As I recall, that change occurred with the release of the PS3 app, and all apps since have required premium membership, while all apps released before (including the iOS app) offered free viewing with commercials (although in some cases, that was added a bit later).

I probably need to get a premium membership to get that (1080p HD) look for the Apple TV.
In my case, not alot of people have the access and will be not liking it the way it is. It should be normal for the app thing...

Hello I have a Question about the Apple TV and CR.
The Premium on Site cost 4,99€ and has a 14 days trial, and on the Apple TV it is 5,99€ and only 7 days trial. I am confused.
Can I use my Premium for 4,99€ and can I watch it on Apple TV or do I have to pay 2 seperate bills?

I suspect the price via the Apple TV is higher because Apple takes a cut of that subscription.

Here in the US, I believe the prices have to be the same due to certain policies put in place by Apple, but I wouldn't be surprised if regulations in the EU prevent Apple from enforcing those policies.

If you subscribe directly for the 4,99€ price, you will have exactly the same membership as if you subscribed on the Apple TV and it will function identically.

If you want, I can PM you a 48 hour guest pass so you can try it out first without having to enter any payment details.

Question for those of you with the Apple TV CR app. Can you intentionally lower the quality to 720 or 480p? Can you set it so it defaults and does not need to be changed every time you start a new episode?

I am looking for a better solution in hotel rooms. Right now I use an MHL adapter and use my S3 phone. It works perfectly, but its annoying having the cable and no remote. The reason I need to run at a lower quality is simply because most hotel internets have a hard time with 1080 on CR. It stops constantly.
