Yeah, I had a dream that my boyfriend had broken up with me and went back to his ex. I woke up partially crying and rushed to school so I could talk to him about it, because I was really freaked out, which he also started to freak out because of how scared I was. I was pretty much fine after we talked, but it left me feeling kind of nervous all day.

I had a dream that someone I liked was a murderer and he was going to get me, so yes that really affected me.. not for the whole day, a week even.

Well, out of the dreams that I remember when I wake, 90% of them are about this girl I used to love more than anything. I usually just try not to think about her, and I've woken up with tears starting to form around my eyes before.

/: Eh... I have a suppressed memory, so it might set me off balance for the first part of the day, but the force will usually realign after 3 - 4 hours and getting some food in my system. Lol

Nope! but i eventually talk to someone about it. then everything just goes on like normal. Even if its about a friend in a tragety or something deep it never affects my mood.

I had a very vivid dream the other day that I was driving my old car. I was just going around town, enjoying the acceleration, the handling and even the sound, when I realized that that car was gone and the car I was driving suddenly turned into my new one.

I immediately woke up, feel a little down. I couldn't stop thinking about all the time and effort I put into that car and how much fun I had in it.

My dreams don't usually affect me. Most of the time I can't even remember them.

Sometimes. I say that I'm more affected by realistic dreams.

Sometimes, but more often than usual lately. I keep having nostalgic dreams of when life was better, and that depresses me.

dreamed that i was in a zombie apocalypse and normally i find those dreams fun except my kids were with me in the dream. and it just gave me this feeling of dread all through the dream cause i knew it was coming and something would happen to them i remember trying so hard to force myself to wake up in the dream over and over to the point i remember digging my nails into my eyes in the dream but nothing worked and i had to see it. all the next day i just felt terrible i even started crying just thinking of it through out the day

The most was 10-20 minutes, and I still think about it once in a blue moon but there's not as much emotional connection anymore. I practically ran away from my family and friends to somewhere far off out of realizing I wasn't needed any more and from my situation too I suppose. It was pretty depressing and impacting to me since I've constantly thought about escaping somewhere and ditching my current life.

I had a dream that I was in a brilliant relationship, and it left me pretty somber for the rest of the day actually

It has, definitely.

Long story short, I had this dream where I thought the old man was gonna pass away from lung cancer (he was a heavy smoker), it had bothered me for a good 2 weeks or so, and the added bull**** from school didn't help either. I talked with him about it after I couldn't hold it anymore, then some time later, he actually quit smoking!

As depressing as it felt, it was probably one of the better things to happen in my life.
