Aren't there viruses out there that can take over your laptop cam? Because I'm just thinking, maybe she didn't take nude photos of her herself... rather, she was changing while someone hacked on her laptop and started recording her changing via her web cam. I don't know about you guys, but I'm constantly on my laptop, and so if I'm suddenly in a hurry to go out, I change in front of my laptop lol (obviously while not on webcam with anyone)

If only there was some way law enforcement's could stop this. I had something similar happen to a friend of mine, and she ended up reporting the situation to the police. But the police couldn't do anything because it was merely a threat and the video wasn't uploaded or anything. It's pretty lame!

I'm not saying its impossible but its very unlikely that another teenage girl has access and the knowledge to use such a program. There are probably smaller programs that could be installed on her computer and remain hidden from her sight, but that would require access to her computer.

Regarding what you should do, i recommend going to the police then. Even if you did send the pictures to someone, uploading it to the public is considered a crime and that person could get into some serious trouble. Of course that doesnt help much if she actually does it, because they will still be seen by others. Use it as a threat at the very least is the best advice i can give.

If you're gonna take pictures like that, you should be fully aware of any possible repercussions. If anything happens with those pictures, just accept responsibility and move on. It was a mistake. People make mistakes.

Also, curse the person who spread those pics around for the rest of your life.

It's absolutely heartbreaking to see some girls driven to suicide because of things like this. The reason is typically not because the pictures are out there, but because of the slut-shaming that comes from them. People need to get a grip. Young people are going to make some mistakes in their lives. The least you can do is understand that and help them move on from those mistakes, not tear them down for ever having made the mistake in the first place.

It's just a naked picture who cares maybe you'll get famous. Hell, Kim Kardashian took some naked videos and look at how famous she is now with all the rappers and basketball players poking her in the rear end. Rejoice this future awaits you.

I pretty sure the OP said she didn't take them.

Which in turn sounds like the person threatening to reveal them has committed a crime or two in acquiring them. Also is she is using threats to reveal even photoshoped pictures to make the OP do something then she's guilty of extortion. Look it up.

Don't take naked pictures of yourself, simple as that. Then they have no ammunition.

I would speak up. Talk to an authority figure, like your mom, dad or a teacher. This includes any kind of guardian. Don't hurt yourself. Just speak up and seek help. I'm sorry for your issue, kids now a days are bastards.

If you know you didn't take any nude photos of yourself then you have nothing to fret. If you have in the past sent pictures of yourself to an ex then she may of got those pictures from them. Now of course there is the possibility that you're being stalked and she or someone somehow found a way of sneaking photos of you in the nude.

If you're under the age of 18 and she's doing this then you can charge her with child pornography. Now if you're both over the age of 18 then I think you could probably sue for defamation of character but idk. if it's on Facebook then you can easily report and contact them and let them know of the situation and have them remove the photo and possibly their Facebook. I'm not sure if it's the same for other social media sites but I wish you luck.

it sucks, whether you took them or not. there is a chance that it might be taken when you weren't aware of it or might even be a photoshop.

it seems like you know her. i mean if you have evidence that she spreaded it than you can bring it to police for justice. but other wise ignoring it and giving them as little recognition and power as possible may be your best bet.

you most likely posted it here so that you can remain anonymous, so yea.

the only choices to make are yours alone, because if its out there than only you can protect yourself. unless you are rich and famous enough to get a lawyer to help get them down from as many sites as possible to prevent it spreading further.

you will have to empower yourself through this, but if you know its fake then it can't get to you. if it looks real then most places can help you get the imges down whether fake or not as long as it has your face on it.

i am speaking in terms of that its already in the open.

I don't see why a naked picture would be a cause for killing oneself. Yea, that person you trusted with that picture flaunted it over the internet, but that would be more of a cause to say "I'm done with you." and move on in my opinion. Plus, if you're a teen under the age of 18, that's child pornography, which is illegal (hint, hint, wink, wink, slap to the face, throw water on you, ding!). You sent it privately, and they posted it publicly. If you're above the age of 18, I honestly say flaunt it if you got it! I know I'm not packing much heat down there, but I ain't caring either.

Personally I don't really see the problem, if someone posted naked pictures of myself around I'd probably just have a laugh about it and invite people round for a drink via facebook to celebrate the fact that human stupidity has once again outdone itself.

Oh no, someone I know has seen my winky due to some unrelated individual posting it up somewhere, whoop-de-doo, if someone's going to get in a huff about some random individual blowing a gasket and causing me to flash via proxy, frankly they've probably done me a favour by getting rid of them.

But with that said, frankly, I'm way too laid back about these things and have practically no shame, so perhaps my approach isn't applicable for everyone, though I am curious as to why people get so bent out of shape about it.

Uhh.

Don't kill yourself that is stupid..
If you never took naked pictures or yourself then pat yourself on the back. You are a decent person. Rare these days.
2: How would this person have naked pictures of you? Were you in the shower or something? Smells like a made up story tbh.
3: Don't allow people like this to be in your life again

Don't worry about it. If someone is black mailing with naked pictures it is probably because you are a beautiful person.

You can't change what is undone. The pictures or either not real or illegal.

I don't think just a single picture posted on a website by itself is enough to motivate people to commit suicide (most people anyway. There are the crazy one). It's often the taunting and ridicule that come with it.
