So funny after game 5 people were talking about Danny Green for Finals MVP.. well after a combined 2-19 in games 6&7 maybe he should've won the MVP for the Heat. As a Lakers fan, I love the way Spurs lost this in absolutely choking heartbreaking fashion. Expect a few building jumpers in San Antonio tomorrow lol!

BTW, Spurs were a real "team" after all... Duncan missing the 1 foot layup, Ginobili turning the ball over, Danny Green missing 90% of his shots, Parker not doing anything, Popovich making multiple coaching mistakes (yeah don't ever mention him in the same sentence as Phil Jackson ever please) it was such a great teamwork of errors. This is the best case result for me if the Lakers don't win. No ring number 5 for TD

BTW Spurs fans just be grateful Kobe and Westbrook were out. That helped the Spurs luck into the Finals to show the world just how undeserving they were.

*CHOKE!*

I like this Game 7. It was evenly matched till someone made a turnover and an extra rebound.
Parker did an alley-op pass behind to Duncan twice. They were successful. They were trying to do a hat trick by making Manu do the same thing. However, Lebron caught the ball instead.

Shane stole Miller's place this time. 2012 was Miller. 2013 was Shane. hahaha =O =O =O XD

Ouch! Personally, I think Parker and Duncan just ran out of gas there in the end. Until the finals with the Heat, the Spurs really dominated the Western bracket, losing only twice to the Warriors and a red-hot Curry (at times).
The Spurs really need to get some more young talent on their team so that they don't have to rely so heavily on Duncan and Parker.

Edit: I just realized Tracy McGrady is on the Spurs. I think they should've tried playing him a little bit, at least early on in the series, to see if he could be effective at all.

It's like saying "they should have tried playing Juwan Howard a little bit, at least early on in the series, to see if he could be effective at all."

Even if the bench players don't play in the actual game, they help their starters on practice games.

It seems like Tracy was on the third string on his team.

That's true. But McGrady has had the talent to really dominate games in the past, although I actually haven't seen him play in a long time. I'd imagine he could have provided some offense if he's still able to drive and attack the basket. I just looked at his stats for this regular season on ESPN, and it seems he wasn't assigned to any team in the 2013 regular season (perhaps he wasn't signed and/or was injured and the Spurs picked him up for the playoffs???), but he has played 6 games in these playoffs, averaging 5 minutes.

I am happy for Lebron. He played great the entire series, it wouldn't been a shame if he lost to the spurs again. It also would not have been good for his legacy....But two championships is enough for him. Next year Derrick rose and the Chicago bulls are going to extinguish the heat.

Fixed, rigged, controlled form behind the scenes. You get the idea.

Oh Ok. I don't pay attention too much to rumors, but as far as I know, I don't think it's rigged, the only way they could control the game is with the refs, and I think they were pretty neutral during the Finals. They made some good calls and some bad calls, but that's to be expected in any game.
I think if they were a bit controlled, I don't think the players would stand for it, since they work so hard just to get to the Finals battling through injuries, criticism and whatnot, and they want more than anything, to win it all fair and square (or at least I hope so).

Heat got too many bandwagon fans. Wouldn't be surprised if they gained even more.
