So sad that this guy is gone now . His portrayal of Tony Soprano was great. Any other fans of James or the Sopranos who can relate to this?

My sincere condolences to the Friends and Family for the passing of one my favorite Television actors of all time, James Gandolfini. Not only an great actor from HBO's "The Sopranos", but also indeed a very respectful film actor. From Taking Pelham 1.2.3. to Burt Wonderstone to Where the Wild Things Are to Killing Them Softly to Zero Dark Thirty, no matter which movie he was in, he will always a typical story much more reverting for everyone. Not to mention, a great documentarian when he made one for HBO about wounded veterans and their experience on the front lines in Iraq and about the history about posttraumatic stress disorder as well as its impact on soldiers and families through several wars in American history. As fellow cast member and loyal dear friend Steven Van Zandt said: "The world has lost one of the greatest actors of all time."

RIP Tone!

Funny guy. Let's see how many people care when you die. Your 2D and internet buddies won't be able to attend your funeral.

I didn't think that he was a comedian... but I guess there were roles he played that were kind of funny. Like that one mob guy he played on that Starz series.

I think the day when people telecommute to funerals is not long off, if it hasn't already happened. I would hope that anyone doing so to attend my funeral would have the decency to at least appear in 3D, though.
