Not really; the censor bar of my Wii broke, but that's pretty much it, thankfully.

I wouldn't have expected there would be much to censor on the Wii. Tell me, what are the rest of us missing?

Last year, my Wii stopped reading disks; however, it was a 2006 model and I got it in 2007, so I can say that it lasted a while. I replaced it with the 2011 model last February, so all is well. The only annoyance is that my previous remotes are incompatible with the 2011 console, but the Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword game that I picked up last December also required me to buy new remotes. I managed to kill the wire of my old sensor bar while vacuuming, too. That turned out to also be convenient, however, since the 20011 Wii console is also incompatible with it. All is well that ends well, I guess.

2 Xboxes - one had a disc read problem the other has a harddrive issue
3 Xbox 360's - 2 red rings 1 just don't turn on, after opening I think it burnt out some where
1 PSX - never ever lend a console to a friend of your brother... EVER!
2 PS2's - the normal Laser failures
my Sega Megadrive still works but the power supply went bang...
I have also had numerous components on my PC fail as well but thats different again

I have had 2 consoles fail on me.

Original PS3 60GB model broke one day on me. The disc drive started to sound like a machine gun and stopped reading discs and it has my game inside of it -.- So I decided to take it apart and try to fix it. Took 2-3 days but I figured out the problem and fixed it. It finally gave out last year when it YLOD on me. Surprised it didn't YLOD earlier on me for how much I played on it.

Also had a PS2 original fat boy model break on me too. Just eventually stop working or reading discs. Dont really remember.

Anyways ended up buying the Slims of both models after their life spans expired. I did run both of those consoles quite hard tho.
