why is Isayama's art... so... It makes the manga hard to read. :/ Though that latest cover looked so good.. i don't get it.

Maybe it's just not my style.

It's pretty obvious his art is sub-par. He's improving, somewhat... bit by bit... little bits... he still can't draw facial expressions very well. Anatomy is off at times, but eh. Nobody's perfect.

I liked his art in volume 11, if we're going by English releases.

I'm glad to see he is an Ackerman ......I've always wondered about Mikasa & the other orientals , it's good to see some are out there (reminds me of the Uzumaki in Naruto) , I didn't see Levi being an Ackerman coming , but I knew sooner or latter we were going to find out about the orientals .

BTW : to the people that read the Levi story ....he was a criminal before joining the Erwin right ? maybe he was with the captain during that time .

He could be Mikasa's uncle or distant cousin from her father side of the family, since Ackerman is her father's last name. I want to see a reaction from Mikasa once she learns about this.

I don't really see many people talking about it, but I seriously wanna know more about that Ape/Beast Titan. And also why no one in the manga has brought him up in the recent discussions. There's no doubt in my mind he'll be popping up again soon, but still I would think that'd be important information to tell, considering the fact that Connie and a few others actually saw that titan. However, the only truly valuable witness of the Ape Titan's existence and level of intelligence it had was that guy Mike (I think that was his name?). However, Mike is dead, so he can't really relay what would have been groundbreaking information to the Survey Corps. But basically all I'm saying is that I think a considerable amount of concern and focus should be put on the Ape Titan. He's a ring leader, if not, the big boss in this whole ordeal. Isayama is just purposely drawing attention away from him right now though. Some major surprise must be in store in the near future.

i think humans and titans are going to team up against the ape titan later on in the story. That thing just screaams evill *shudders*

Yea I admit it is sort of freaky looking. haha.

Some of us kinda forgot about the Ape Titan.
Kinda like how some fans forgot about the basement, outside the wall, origin of the Titan Shifters, Ymir, Grisha's whereabouts, and etc.

True. And it's also understandable why people would forget about it. The manga is only a monthly release so information isn't exactly being covered that fast. And because of that, also we're having to wait even longer for the answers to many of the burning questions about what's really going on. Despite the wait, however, I still enjoy the anticipation for each chapter.

During the flashback about Mikasa's back story, her mother explains that the mark that was scarred onto her arm was the mark of their clan, and maybe that has something to do with Levi also being an Ackerman. Perhaps Ackerman is the name of the clan.

Well that explains why they both never show any emotion.

You can hate what ever character you want. Do you have a reason as to why you really want to hate Hanji?
