Japanese schools would be nice, it's nothing new but I was amazed at the homework they got over the SUMMER. I know they're school schedule is completely different, but I'd still love to have gone to school there... Then again, I like the English language a LOT more than Japanese, imagine trying to learn it if Japanese was my native... I've also taken a liking to Spanish/Portuguese/German... Japanese first though, another interesting fact I learned is that they have a small and large pop in their pop machines... Basically, you could buy a large can of coke or a smaller on. The catch it, THEY ARE BOTH THE SAME PRICE. Apparently people actually buy the SMALL pops because they don't think they could finish a larger one. LOL, that is completely different from North America!!! I think it's too strange to be true, I'm positive that there's a group of people in Japan, at least, who would buy the large no matter what.

Wow, you'd be suprised at how much you learn through anime! Ha. ^-^

1. Golden Week is a week with a bunch of holidays. Usually students get the whole week off?
2. White Day is giving the person you like something white. (who would've known?)
3. You usually say "itadakimasu" before eating.
4. There are a lot of cultural festivals during the year.
5. At these festivals, most people wear kimonos.
6. The school regulations; school uniform, shoes, etc.
7. Students don't change classes- teachers do.

Eek! That's a bunch! =] Yay!

I always thought more commonly they wear yukata to festivals...rarely kimonos--they're really expensive.

Politeness is the key to their society.

Learn it.

Mini skirts wouldn't be a tradition. Not in my book or many other.
