I think she means a near-death experience. Or an experience where you were clinically dead then revived.

That is possible. Must be the only way. Clinically dead and revived. What are those hospital instruments called again?

Defibrillator? They don't restart the heart, however. So they won't revive someone who is clinically dead.

Thanks for answer though. Such complicated word. I know a story of someone who sort of ''died'' or ''passed out'' and that was used. It had something to do with the spine and neck. He got hit by a car and had to live a limited life afterwards. Sad story. He's gone now...

Nope, I've never had a near death experience or been revived. You hear about some people having out of body experiences or seeing a tunnel of light and so forth when it happens to them, which I find pretty fascinating. Definitely don't wanna experience it though. XD

To be fair a near death experience is not the same thing as being brought back to life. A near death experience could be as simple as a gust of wind nearly blowing you off the edge of a building.

The closest thing I could think of to this would be when I fell off the playground suspended tunnel between two jungle gyms in the huge sandbox at a preschool. All the kids climbed over the tunnel for fun instead of going through it... Ironic much? Anyway I climbed ontop of it and next thing I new I was waking up on the sand with a few teachers and other kids around me wondering what happened. It's one of the only things I remember from my childhood. I was just dazed and confused, other than that I don't remember anything. I wasn't hurt either, probably just slipped unconscious for a short time after the impact, to be honest I didn't even remember falling but I know I had to of because the last thing I remembered was crawling across the top of the tunnel.

No, but my friend whose had brain surgery has. She said she saw, as what we refer to as "the light."
As for a near death experience, I was hopping fences with a friend as a short cut to get to his house, and I fell on my head, and I could have sworn I saw my life flash before my eyes. Next thing I knew, I was in the E.R., with a concussion.

But, it could have just been me being over dramatic. I tend to do that.

No, but I've heard some incredible stories of what people have seen in those close moments.
