I'd like to see this just because I love Masakazu Katsura's art style. I've never seen anything else quite like it.

I''s is the only thing I've read by him. I don't always pay attention to the author. So I'm sure what to compare.

Zetman for me. After it was animated I've been watching for anything else similar to it; someone recommended the I"s OVAs and it turned out they were by the same person, but it still wasn't much to go on. Wish there was more like it.

He does really cute girls, but I especially liked how the men were drawn and shaded.

Chrono Crusade seriously needs a second chance, especially considering how much of a FANTASTIC ending that the manga has, with everything neatly tied up and resolved.

Also, we need a 26 episodes or more third season of Full Metal Panic! to cover the Sigma storyline. Just make that damn thing, wrap it up and let the damn show end and people will leave you alone about it Kadokawa.

Last but not least... I want a Maniwagatari adaptation already. Really though, I'd just like NisiOisiN to just do more stuff set in that universe. I liked how Katanagatari ended but god damn it, I didn't want to leave that world...

There are lots of anime that deserves a second chance to be animated but I'll state only 3.

Gokudo. An interesting anime with an equally interesting anti-hero protagonist that never hesitate to lie, cheat, steal and sell his own allies just to save his own ass. However, this anime was marred by sub-par animation even in the late 90's standard.

Gundam F91. Thanks to Bandai's meddling, the story was horribly rushed and created a lot of plotholes. This anime deserves to have a TV series.

Gunsmith Cats. Seriously, only 3 episode OVA? A story as good as this deserves several episodes more.

The ending of Soul Eater seemed rushed to me. It would've been great if they didn't do that.

Shaman King, Fruits Basket, Kare Kano, Rurouni Kenshin, Emma, Berserk, Akira

Good thing is that for those above I read the manga so I don't NEED a proper adapted anime. It still would be nice, though. As a fan, it is a disappointment when they don't do things right.
